The game is interesting and fun but what I don't like is the dungeon exploration. I don't like having to re-run levels just to go down a slightly different path because you cannot move backwards. The first tutorial level I ran 4-5 times just to fully complete the level. That's on a small map! You can't even scout the entire map and even worse yet the little scouting you can do with the compass will not tell you what direction the future tiles will send you down.

Very creative tactical gameplay, combining othello/reversi with classic rpg character customization, leveling and skills. Ignore the peasants who can't get their heads around the core mechanics - the complexity keeps it interesting and challenging. I would say the spell-based units often suffer from requiring almost an entire match to acquire sufficient mp, and are maybe a little underpowered for that reason. Also, the bronze/silver/whatever requirements for different levels can turn what's an otherwise great game into a little bit of a slow-paced grind at times. I can't see a reason not to just drop that bit altogether.

Overall a fantastic game with a lot of content. I only finished the main story. My main complaint is that the translation to English is rather poor, and gets worse the deeper into the game you get. The final few chapters especially see lots of phrasing and spelling issues, even having character names spelled differently (Walt is called Wolt and Wort for example).

This game combines nostalgic FFTactics- like visuals and story with completely unique battle system. Although based on Othello/Reversi, the addition of classes, gear, spells etc. makes it completely different and extremely fun. It's nothing like tactical RPG/SRPG formula we all are accustomed to, it has a more puzzle/boardgame feel to it, so don't expect a Tactics Ogre. However, I highly recommend giving this game a chance and trying Chapter 1 for free. For me, it was a love from the first sight

Excellent complete game. My only issue is with the equiped items system. I cant tell if equipment is unique to the soldier you add it tooborvif all soldiers under all charactets can equip the same item all at once. It seems like items get unequiped when adding it to a different soldier. Cant tell which soldiers havevwhich items equipped after a while.

its not my type of game. started it. it plays like Othello game where you try to get all the colors to match yours or as many as you can until you both run out of pieces. the dungeon i played was linear and only one choice was possoble. i am a treasure hunter so leaving behind items seems dumb to me. not my kind of game.

Fun game, I can get the open menu to work. Reversi style tactics rpg. Think a simplified final fantasy tactics but using soldiers to fight via reversi. They just fixed the tap to start while offline. Story is good too with quick pacing.

Great game with nostalgic graphic in the likes of Ogre Tactics. Original gameplay. A question to the developer though : When will you release the new chapter (Ch. 4 and beyond)? Please make a bigger map than just an island (Country or Continent scale). A must buy for Strategy and Classical Game lovers!

Jesus Christ, £7.50? Are you completely insane? This game is pretty good; it has elements of traditional tactical RPGs but it's not the same by a long stretch. Still, it's a good game of it's own right despite its shortcomings. I'd pay a little to play the rest of the game - maybe a couple quid - but it feels like it was designed by somebody practicing app dev, not a team of pros. Pretty fun, but almost nobody is playing past the tutorial for that price.

This is an Othello game. The combat is really boring and the game is really linear. It's nothing like traditional srpg combat. You go forward and cannot come back. Graphics are really nice.

This is a great game that's hard to put down once you start playing. I didn't even think twice about paying to play other chapters as it a good story.Great job hope you keep updating date or come out with a second one

Consistant aesthetic that's true to it's inspiration. Interface, sound and, music are all nice. The difficulty curve seems just right.

wow..this game reminds me so much of final fantasy tactics.im actually thinking of purchasing the full version.thank you for making a game without those headache inducing overcrowded screens and complicated tutorials.

I really loved playing the beginning of this game, but the price for the full version is a little too much for what I would want to spend. However, the game itself is very good, so I would definitely recommend for people who don't have to worry about money as much.

Assets are directly taken from Tactics Ogre/Ogre Battle series. You really shouldn't be allowed to profit off of it. I dont even believe you stated in the descriptiont that the spritework , characters, and map designs are basically stolen.

Graphics are beautiful but gameplay is not really at all like final fantasy tactics even though all these reviews are comparing it to fft it doesn't come close. Gameplay is weird. Combat is basically Othello which is honestly pretty boring.

U make me cry for both happiness and sadness. Happiness for the design that reminds me of Tactics Ogre : Let Us Clinging Together. So nostalgic. And sadness for the pricei can't afford. Im so broke. So poor. Hope i can give 4.5 star, cz want it really a tactical like Tactics Ogre : LUCT

Innovative RPG combat based on Othello/Reversi. Great SNES style graphics. Free demo with a single IAP to unlock the full game. Definitely give it a try.

i love the artstyle remind of ogre battle, story is very interesting but i was hoping it is more tactic like fftactic or tacticsOgre and the font is very hard to read to me at least nonetheless this is a great game

Excellent game. Great graphics which reminds me of FFT and tactics Orge. Enjoyed the battle system.

Very good game, beautiful art, though it makes me wish for a traditional combat system.

I cannot grasp the "combat" at all and it just seems like whoever has the most pawns wins, plus you can't avoid taking massive damage from a singel skirmish it seems.

Not clearly labeled as trial version. Got an immediate uninstall from me. A shame realy as it looks quite nice.

For jrpg lover, this games bring back lots of memories from my childhood, i thinking to buy full version, but im worker in rural area, and i dont always have internet connection, can you find other solution to piracy system without online verification?
