App is very concise and compact, perfect for fast business transactions. I would like the app to keep everything inside the app as an improvement...for example buying new credits button sends me to a browser and I can't get back to the app easily
amazing app, made running my business so simple. since changing from Iphone to Samsung i'm experiencing trouble with sending out sample orders just by using the app, however i can still do this on my older phone the iphone5s, I'm now using a much newer phone Samsung Galaxy S8, can you please fix this issue, as i really love the app it makes managing my business so easy.
I keep having issues with sending samples. please fix. also most of the time I have to log out and back in for the app to work properly on my Samsung Galaxy s8
I have issues with contacts disappearing from hot list, not being able to move customers between hot and cold list, so I hid instead, actions not showing. can you send a link to app training pls
love the ease of the app, it sometimes freezes up and i have trouble getting back to some screens at times, but it's a great tool!
really good app with plenty of useful training videos and quite user friendly and easy to navigate. can be made a bit smoother with time x
i have been having a really hard time with the site i can usually log on and stay logged on but every morning i have to log back in at least three to four times a day. hopefully the updated version will help

Like it be get frustrated trying to send samples to the UK
it has improved... i can wait to see the updates... my response may change then. i am having problems sending samples from here. watched the video and did it step by step. i was only able to get it to work a few times. i had to go back to sending them in my back office. i have an android phone, not sure if that is the issue or if it's the app. my issue occurs when i enter contact for samples info.
