REVO Aero

i have been using this app for over 6 months now with my son and daughter-in-law. it works flawlessly on all three phones. I like the fact that you can click on the link with your camera and it does everything for you almost. with the exception of no fault of the apps once in awhile it does laps because of the internet connection but other than that the playback is great the alarm notification is great and I'm glad that I can view it anywhere there is an internet connection. I recommend this app

I use this system for home security and it is so difficult to use in my phone. I use a note 8 and the app does not let me sign in at times tells me my user name or password is incorrect I can only access live feed but can't check anything else remotely this is not good because I had something happen while I was at work and could not see what happened. I can't just go home to check my cameras. for what I paid for this system it should work perfectly you need to do some updates to this app. asap.

Crashes loading problems playback problems on top of more crashes. Why not hire a team that actually knows how to properly put together an app.. this is a poor attempt at best. If I was under the return policy I'd RIP this system off the walls and take it back based on the app alone.

App crashes on open 95%. Vandal proof domes useless at night - ir reflection in picture. For those wondering, hit the home button in the app to find recorded video. It's there, just a very poorly designed app.

I love the peace of checking on my place when I'm away. However the dvr went bad after a little over 2 years and customer support is non existent. Called 3 times, was told they would call back after researching things, that didn't happen. Called again, and they tried to sell me another $250 dvr....uhm, no thanks. Not wasting any more money on equipment with no longevity.They don't stand by their stuff. No one logged in to check my equipment or even offered to help me factory reset things to help

Cannot remote view my cameras. What's the point of having them if I can't see them while I'm at work? I can only remote view them if I am connected to my home Wi-Fi. That defeats the purpose of remote viewing. This ap doesn't even deserve 1 star, there is no instructions or help.

Setup is a nightmare. No instructions and overly complicated! The latest update is even worse. Everytime you lanch the app to view your cameras it makes you sign in. No way to save your password. Its awful!

Great product. I am able to view the cameras in multiple devices from anywhere. Setup was easy and it is very helpful. We had an item stolen from our driveway and with the video playback and camera shots, police was able to catch the guy. I have had the cameras for at least 2 years. Thank you

I've been using this app for 2 years to view my home cameras from anywhere and I haven't had a single issue. Love it!

If you do not close the app properly, it will not see the unit. Close the app by "backing out", reopen App, unit 'should' Refresh. Works As Designed.

Horrible not english speaking company. Tells you to go one way, then go the other. No help. I want my money back. Bought another with full control of the camera and instant access and control.

App can't play back recorded video, only stream live video. Totally useless.

This app lacks features. It needs to record alert to a connected device in real time also.

After recent update, log in does not work. Unless manual or local log in is used, this app is worthless

The older app worked great with my DVR... This new one is so sporadic I can't even stand to open it

What happened, now I can't view my cams away from home, that's the whole point of having remote access.

Updated review- After some tinkering I got the remote viewing to work, works on my WiFi and on data when I'm not home. Seems to work pretty good, better on an iPhone though sadly. My issues with the app are, #1 there's no manual or any instructions for it, #2 I can't get push notifications to work and there's even a "send to phone" option under alarm config but I'm still not getting any notifications, #3 The app hasn't been updated since 2016! If I can get push notifications to work it'll be a 5 star app for me.

I do not like the aero system. I have two revo systems that work great. The aero is very difficult to set up and this app will not allow play back only live feed.
