I had some uncertainty when trying to configure my router settings for port forwarding to remotely access our system with this app, but I was able to start a support chat and they had me up and running without any issues.
I would recommend this app for those consumers who want that extra security comfort GREAT.
Works great! Wifi is awesome. On the go 4g just as good as wifi, and 3g is alright, a little choppy but usable. :) very happy with this app!
The customer service from this company is outstanding and is my favorite thing about doing business with them. I personally like the app, the desktop app, my DVR camera system, and a lot of things about they way it all ties together. But the customer service they provide is just beyond compare, very few companies provide the level of service they provide.
Terrible app.....regular app works fine could not get the HD version to work.
I didnt try the app yet. Hope this functions as i expect.
