REVO Ultra

App works great when it works. Live view works 90% of the time with no issues. Sometimes the playback is choppy or doesn't display motion events on timeline. Unable to get live notifications, even after allowing permissions through phone settings. It shows alarm notifications in the app, but won't alert as a phone notification anymore. Contacted email support for help multiple times within the past 2 years, never get a response. App is great, just wish live notifications worked again.

I really enjoy this app. I had one issue of it saying that user was not available, but a simple sign out and then sign in took care of that. The option of playback on the app isn't available, but I can always do that when I get back to the main system. The support team is very helpful. I had trouble 1st setting up the system and I called them and they did a wonderful job walking me through everything and also fixed things remotely that I couldn't. I just wish there was a desktop app that I could use from another location. just in case I don't have my phone with me at that time. Otherwise, I would recommend this product.

Can not use app after phone update. I've tried to u install and reinstall the app but still has the same problem. When I try to open the app it just closes about 3 seconds into the opening process. I used to love the app because I was able to keep an eye on my house where ever I'm at but now I can't use it. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Does not work with android 11. Called tech support and they have no working solution. The app has not been updated in over a year. Frustrated and annoyed, I have several security systems I can't remotely monitor now.

The new update has made this app very fast to load the cameras, and it has not crashed since the update. Thank you for fixing the previous bugs.

Anytime I save a video it does not save the audio along with it. Also for some reason the camera will no longer open in full screen.

Works fine when Wi-Fi is hooked up but when you try to use your mobile data it freezes. This is really a garbage garbage app

When my Android phone updated a couple weeks ago, this app stopped working. It will attempt to launch, then immediately close. I've uninstalled and reinstalled.

Updated to Android 11 and app won't open. Please update the app to be compatible with Android 11 Update: tech support send me a beta version and it fixed the issue. Rearing back to 4*

PLEASE UPDATE the app for compatability with Android 11! I can't open the app now so my whole Revo Ultra system is basically useless now! Before the Android update, the app worked well with occasional hiccups.

Bad, this app does what it wants, I trying to log in and says incorrect password, it is working on my husband phone but not on my phone..it is frustrating what it is the good to installed it to watch live view when is not working right..

W A R N I N G !!!: DO NOT UPDATE YOUR DEVICES UNTIL REVIEWS REPORT ISSUES FIXED. VERSION 2.5 CRASHES ON OPENING. VERSION 2.4 IS GOOD. To fix if you mess up and update, uninstall 2.5, use APK EXTRACTOR by Meher Prasad to transfer 2.4 from another of your devices that have not been updated to it. Turn off Auto-update and only update apps without recent bad reviews.

I'm about to throw mines in the trash??? Need help to reset the password, I have a cloud , an the app an its not connecting it i can't see on my phone, let alone the receiver I need to to a factory reset an start again. Help

Ever since my phone updated it is the only app that refuses to open. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times as well as other things suggested by a Google search.

Used to work great, then mine and wife's Pixel 3 XL's updated to Android 11 and now the app won't even open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.

Was 5 stars before, but now that I updated to android 11 it's not compatible. Please fix this!! Still no message from tech support, not even an acknowledgement. Update 11/30 Since the update the app is back to working again!!

Works but slow, would be nice if it remembered stream settings instead of always defaulting to high.

Can't get app to open on Android 11. Have contacted tech support and have no help from them. Very disappointing in this service.

Not loading cameras all the time Says "sorry an expected error has occurred. Please try again later. (7)" After update having this issue

live video is not smooth and reconnects and disconnects . very bad app they need to fix it

Push notifications do not work once device goes into sleep/doze mode. Time to update this app to work on Android 11 in sleep/doze.

Edit: works now! Used to be a 5. Doesn't work with Android 11. I need to be able to access my cameras.

Good cameras, just sucks you can't view them on mobile because this app is garbage. It won't even open. An update ASAP would be great please!

Almost one month and still not fix for android phone users. Can support provide an update.

Update on phone doesn't allow app to work, can't see my house.

New updates SUCK!! Since new up dates in May camera's won't work !!!!!!!!!

After fixing the Android 11 issue, the app works great again!
