REVOLVE

Seems rough. Search functions are vague. A glitch seemed to keep me from using my credit card and I had to use PayPal. Promised 2-day shipping was nowhere to be found however, calling the customer service, they resolved that for me. Company seems good and I hope to ship again, the app just need some work.

Love Revolve, but sometimes items not properly described, eg beach coverups described as dresses and turning up completely see thru. Good selection of brands for budget conscious girls who still want to have fun.

Beautiful merchandise, easy returns, great sale and selection! Only fault is models not always shown wearing earrings and cant enlarge pics. Still give 5 stars though for outstanding selection

The app needs some work. The pictures are small and not enlargeable. When other apps redirect to the app, a blank entry is displayed rather than the clothing items that was advertised. This makes it hard to find the item of interest. The search function does not offer enough filters. It would be nice to search by the cut/type of a dress in addition to the length, for example.

This is the best company to order from. The website and app are so clear and simple to navigate. There are so many choices from low to high end that are of great quality. Sometimes the color or the fit is a little off so I have to do a return. The order process is easy which is typical. But the return process is stellar. I have had the best experience with every purchase and I will buy exclusively from them whenever I can. Thank you Revolve!

Enjoyable shopping experience. Can favourite items, toggle through photos, read and write reviews, fast checkout, have access to your order history. The improvements for the app would be: 1. Ideally once you remove a favourite it doesn't reset you back to the top of the list. 2. Also adding a favourite while inside the larger view does that too once you exit, scrolling back to the top of the page. Prefer not to lose my spot. 3. The Hot List compilations just lead to code. Love the items. Just wish the app was a little easier to use. Everytime I needed to go into a different screen, I would have to completely do everything all over again. And then once I went to purchase I would have multiples of items I picked prior to going into a different screen.

Clothes are amazing, customer service is even better. Easy returns!

Love the selection. Sad to lose the super fast shipping, takes longer now, and because there are a lot of Euro size shoes and have no half sizes, would want to know if the item runs big, small, or true to size. Used to be edgier, but it's still my go-to site for online shopping. Could cut about 30% out of the tops and sweaters and be even better and more concise, I feel as if the main buyer left years ago.

Many bugs in this app. I know that I am signed into my account and yet the app doesn't recognize this whenever I try to mark a favorite or add things to my wishlist. The app keeps prompting me to sign in or create a new account, but when I press the button to sign in, absolutely nothing happens. I can't even sign out of the app because,theres no sign out option anywhere in the menu.

The app is very slow and keeps crashing for no reason. In addition I'm never able to make a payment, and I've tried 4 different credit cards. It keeps bouncing back to the order summary, and refuses to take any card. My attempt is successful about once a year.

I love this app but the photos of each outfit is clearly blurry, my selfies are clearer than the pictures displayed. Still I love this app so much, is now the only place I will shop for most if not all of my clothes. I expect to turn other people onto this site. My shipping gets here in 2 days via Fedex, unless over the weekend. Highly recommended.

Easy to view, search and buy. Only reason I gave four stars is the app froze on me and I had to close it out. It didn't save my cart at that point so I had to reship. Not a big deal really. I may amend my rating when purchases arrive. Or next order if it goes through fine.

Revive the Mobile App as it is so slow and horrible to use, including search functions. The website and mobile design itself is nice and clean with clear product information, but navigating the mobile app and checking out was a nightmare. The app kept hanging and it took me many attempts to place an order

Sleek app and easy purchases. Besides that, I'd say Revolve is an awesome enterprise for buying paraphernalia whether cosmetics or clothing. Tax rates are marginally better than what other outlets would calculate. The stock however seems to not be updating as of late and any items that were once in stock have been removed, so there's a lot less choice amongst its meager wares - not sure if this is due to the pandemic or a recent shift in policy. All-in-all, a pleasant experience.

The app has no zoom in or enlarge photo options when viewing full product details. The check out wouldn't work for me several times. I'd click Submit to Purchase & it would take me back to the payment page. All my information was correct too. Simply, this is an under developed app.

Everything about this app is perfect except one thing. Whenever I go to my favorite list(heart list) and unlike something, it takes me back to the first page which can sometimes be frustrating since I lose the page that I was in at first.

This is one of the best apps for an online store. It is easy to navigate, meaning very user-friendly. If you like to buy things from revolve, you must get the app as it is an easier experience. Top notch! 7😅

Revolve is amazing. Quick delivery and easy returns plus great customer service. Only thing with the app is that if I "unlike" a product from my wishlist it resets and sends me back to the first page

I'm really happy with the exact description of the rise of the jeans. Sometimes they won't tell you the exact rise. Also navigation was pretty good and returns seem really easy.

Great customer service, great return policy. Everything is overpriced. App freezes often. But the store is so lovely, and make everything so easy, it's hard not to buy with them.

App not loading. I've tried so many things to fix and so far no real help from customer care. Too bad. I usually really enjoy shopping on Revolve. Haven't been able to for 2 weeks. Might uninstall.

The app is no different than shopping via web site and web browser, but using it sacrifices the auto-fill of form fields when checking out. I want Google to generate a strong password, recall my address, and recall all of my credit card except CVC. Why should I have to type all that in?

This app reverts to UPS shipping which includes prepaid duties and taxes even when I try to select USPS shipping where duties and taxes aren't included in the total. It won't let me ship any other way so this app is getting uninstalled and Revolve has lost a potential customer.

Great variety of designer clothing and love the feedback and rating feature from customers! It really helps when purchasing online. Haven't sent one item back yet! Very happy with all my purchases and easy site navigation too.

Love the ease of navigating through the app and checkout is always a breeze. Everytime I use it I dont have an issue with errors. Love reading the reviews as well!

Fix the issue with saved items. I am saving items and they does not appear in saved items section. Interesting that each time I am opening my save items the quantity is changing.

Never any issues - always a smooth shopping experience and I think their algorithms work well for "things you may like" and other useful features other shopping apps flop on
