This is a really really bad bank. When they close ur account u are unable to get any information. I had money in the account and they are sending but they refuse to give u a tracking number so u can track the check. Asked for the exact date they closed the account and they can not even provide that information.
Horrible app and bank! These people will take your money ($.50) anytime a charge is declined! So if anything goes over it is .50 per decline! Not to mention they take a monthly fee and if you don't have funds and add them it will auto take out! I've put about $40 on this card and they tool $20 and i still haven't even used my card! Crooks don't bother stay away!
Scam scam scam. My card was stolen and used they refuse to refund money called my ags office. I will get my money back. Do not use this card..also the Doble transactions so every single transaction is charged 2 times plus they screw you for overdrafts say you have a 300 doller limit u use it they suspend u permantly for using once. Chime is much better. Plus my balance on chime is always correct
Horrible bank scam with 50 cent fees I know I have not made any purchases or do I have auto pay on it so there is no chance I used the card. Over $25 in less than 3 days of declined fees. I will be closing my account after getting my money back since reading other reviews.
Don't waste your time. They charge $.50 everything the card is ran or even not, I cannot do mobile deposit when I contact them it either takes about a week to get back to me if at all. It's a joke. One of the worse Banks I've yet to see.
Avoid this app and bank like the plague. By far the worst experience I have had both with the app and the bank itself. App always has issues, constant fraud, extremely hard to even get them to listen if there is fraud. Just stuff your cash in the sofa, less fraud that way. I would give it a 0 star if I could. Only use this place as last resort.
Initially I loved this account I even had my government benefits switched over to direct deposit in this account unbeknownst to me today my benefits were supposed to deposit waited and waited no deposit so I call revolve and the explanation that I received from the customer service on the other end is that my account has been closed and they have no further details other than I am not able to open another account with them so I asked to speak to supervisor. Accounts closed no explanation
This is a great app n card to have if you need a little help through the month I love revolve n the people are great to talk to they really listen n care.five stars truly diannajoy stathos
It was an good app but they lie about how they deposit now I should have gotten my deposit just like every one else but I'm still waiting
So far so good. It's the very beginning of my experience though so I'll keep you updated as I use it more often.
I did a account to account transfer. they told me that they sent it by check. so now I'm stuck going into overdraft to pay bills, because they're holding on to my money, lied and said that they mailed it even though they didn't have a mailing address for the account number. but they sure did charge me overdraft fees because I still had to use my card even though the money wasn't there.. they suck, suck... I would never use them again. When you call for information they won't check into nothing
Have not been able to login to the app since I activated my account in January 2020. I emailed them and never received a response either. I called customer service they tried helping but were unable and refer me back to app. So far not very happy with their service.
Terrible, i switched to this card so i use the app instead of the internet all the time and once again the app doesn't work. it just keep saying "check my credentials but when i sign in on line it works. needs to be fixed or taken off.
This company is amazing with the highest of security if they feel you have been hacked etc I have much respect for this bank
I wish it'll tell yu if card activated bcuz I tried activating my replacement for my card all it was saying try again later which it was bs
They are the best and their customer support was absoultly amazing i recomend Resolve Finance to anyone!!
It's OK still new app and lots of delay to update balance info but ok bank to work with. Very very secure though top notch to make sure its you and you only accession your funds
This is something seriously wrong with this app. I have uninstalled and installed it several times and the same problem remains. It always tells me to check my credentials Even right after I've changed my password. Please fix this.
This app is ridiculously designed and after I change my password myself it tells me I entered my password wrong to many times... makes me change it again and says Validation Error. Now I can't get in at all. What a joke
Ughhh really what am I paying a 10 dallor membership fee for when you don't offer me nothing more then what I can get for free.. disappointed here and wow there are a ton of bad reviews my god
Cannot load checks when you need to only app wants to let you very inconvinent. Then checks over 1000 should be free to deposit but some speedy cash stores still charge you a check cashing fee makes me so angry this has happened the last 3 times i took a check to be loaded to a store because the app 2ouldnt let me upload a check.
So the only issue I am having is the Direct Deposit My Employer Always sends All Direct Deposits through Electronically every 2nd Friday of each month and I have setup my Direct Deposit Correctly and I have verified all of my information with REVOLVE AND MY PAYOR?? AND I AM NOT SEEING ANYTHING IN MY ACCOUNT YET AT ALL??? AND I AM BECOMING ABIT WORRIED BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY Direct Deposits with the last Bank Account it was going into and I know I have given the right amount.
Please.. just don't get involved with this card. They are a nightmare. You can barely hear them when you reach a representative. They are misleading. My direct deposit did not hit on time. I was told conflicting info from 4 different reps. They're deceiving. There's no way you can even access an automated system with pending transactions or anything. I'm trying to be polite as I can... I'm warning you. They're horrible. It's my payday and it's 12:00 pm and my direct deposit still hasn't hit
App is not letting Me bypass the overdraft protection therefore cannot log in to my account. This is very frustrating. Used the app for months now today it just logged Me off and can not get back in. This isnt right please fix this cannot force Me to get a 15.00 service i dont need..
Not a very good online banking hub. They are notorious for sneaking ofher charges unto your account like gradly taking their monthly service fee in broken up payment amounts and 50 cent declined fees back to back even if you disable your debit card. Customer service is pretty good you get a live representative but the actual account activity can be suspicious and caught off guard causing you to get confused with how much money you actually have to spend. I recommend Chime or CashApp or the like.
Unable to load a check. I've been trying for the past 2 days and app keeps stopping. So incovenient.
Anytime I tried to Deposit a check it won't let me, it keeps saying "Your session in invalid, please login and try again (A94).
do not bank here. useless fees all the time and a very slow app that can't keep up with the card or the bogus charges they'll throw on for nothing.
App doesnt work after update... Keeps crashing on every login. Please get yourself a real coder.
Although I have not yet made a transaction I feel that a 5 ⭐ rating is what the app deserves. Revolve's website is current, it's eye-catching and gave me a sense of security. The application process was simple, the app is user friendly. You can freeze your card in 1 click and mobile check load is available! My card arrived quickly. I just enrolled myself in college and my Revolve account will be what I use for all things college! Thanks Revolve!
