Reward Card

Does not work on android. When trying to access for the first timee, the login screen just 'hangs' with a spinning icon. Wont even let me enter my login details. Obviously etihad trying to make it as hard as possible to redeem miles.

Do not waste your time with this rubbish. When trying to setup a profile it just loops back saying you haven't chosen your country of citizenship. I am sure Etihad could afford to do better than to associate themselves with this App ( Unless it's by design so that you can't cash out your air miles )

The time spent trying to use their buggy app hardly makes it worth it. The service is often unavailable for days/weeks. Right now it keeps prompting me to update the app but then the Play store says I have the latest version. A few years you could load a balance to your card via their website. They stopped that and made it app only.

It took a long time to start the app! And also Error meaaage occurred when trying to log in even with correct login passwd. A pop up meaaage saying "Attempt to invoke virtual methid 'java.lang.....' failed.....". ???

I don't understand how Etihad approved this garbage app . Errors and keep looping to update info .waste of time and take forever to begin loading and after deal with errors.

Worst app. As other users mentioned it's not letting me login and spinning wheel keeps on spinning. It's nightmare for any user who try to use it.

Doesn't work on note20 ultra, keeps hanging. And always show login failed after waiting for a while ...! Is that even an app ...!

Scam Alert - no company worth as much as Etihad could have a rewards app this bad unless it was a deliberate attempt to scam customers. Not only is the the worst app ever made, linked to an airline who could know better, but the team who made this app should celebrate because their aim is to provide road blocks at each stage so you can never spend you miles. Either Login won't work, wants you to download an update which doesn't exist, or your card is unloaded when you try to load. Shameful

I can't enter my account whenever I want. The update is slow and there's almost no benefit of joining this

Having issues with the app performance and unable to load the amount. It's very frustrating. I hope someone can look into this problem. It's started from last 2 days. Thanks.

works fine / easily converted Etihad Airways Airmiles into actual money to the Etihad Guest Visa Card, loads of currencies available, easy to use / all can be done instantly. Just take close attention to the amount of time having to spend the remaining balance amounts, only 24 can be extended free of charge, otherwise there will be penalties for reloading. In order to getting the card it is mandatory to use actual airmiles for getting those delivered, received the card via UPS, it all went well.

unable to login..please help..I am trying to login and apply for card but no success..please look into the matter

Very poor app functionality, cannot even log in. What a time waster!

Won't let me open a rewards card as I'm unable to update profile in the app. Pretty annoying - I've contacted customer support today to see if they can fix the issue from their end.

I cannot believe this app belongs to Etihad airways. There is no word to describe how pathetic it is. It keeps asking to update user information and never gets saved. Not at all user friendly, even the Etihad airways website is equally bad. I dont know how they allowed their IT team to roll out such an app and such a website. I wished there was an option to give negative rating.

Horrible app.. always says update is available but playstore says app is updated.. Even reinstalling the app is not fixing the issue.. doesn't even let me login to the app.. not sure wat kind of insane logic this is to stop login to app for an update

App not working, saying need updates and there is no updates on play store. This is so pathetic as this message is showing for more than a week and no one is there to fix it.

Keep telling us to update the app while we try to log in and my pin is block since 4 months ago and i ask for a new pin and they debited from my account but until now not received anything

I have been trying to save my info for last 2 weeks, but still it shows unable to save, it looks so easy but so tough and nothing works.

I have been waiting 1 month for my digital cardholder profile to be verified. It's supposed to take 4 days maximum. If this is how they start you off, I can only imagine how well the actual application will work.

Worst app. Keeps prompting to complete your profile. When hit the save button , does not do anything. Unable to order virtual reward catd.

Wish I can give less than one rating...worst worst app...my mobile no is correctly referring in my profile but I never received OTP on it...tried 15 times....several mails written and received slow and completely different answers to change my email etc....Worst customer service while responding to query...they debited my account and now I neither have plastic card nor virtual card can be loaded....So I am stuck....

Unable to open the app for more than 3 months now, always getting a message stating unable to connect to Etihad Guest at the moment, please try again later! Really!

Application is not working, my profile has been updated 100 times and I keep getting msg for incomplete profile info. Not able to utilize my points or issue any transaction.

Poor. Will not load. Says "service currently not available......". Calling contact number "cannot help. Email support". 2 emails so far and no response. Also no support contact number. NOT GOOD.
