Every time i get close to cashing out, they up the threshold. Used to be able to get $5, it was upped to $10 and now you need $15 to cash out. When you open your phone its not just a quick ad, you have to watch a full video before you get the 1 point. The app does pay out, which is why i gave it a generous 2 stars, but this one will be deleted the next time i am able to cash out.

I used to love this app and was able to cash out easily. Now i have been waiting over a week for my cash out to go through. The app also likes to freeze on me a lot snd it pops up a minite after I've already unlocked my phone and started doing stuff. I have tried to contact support and have gotten no response. Very irritating.

I recently received the minimum amount that you need to cash out. I went to redeem and it said verification of email. I clicked it to receive the email verification, but every day I go into my email there is nothing from Reward Stash. I've emailed the Message Support Center but no response. I've been having this issue for a few weeks now and I'm at the point of uninstalling this app.

This app used to be good. I have been using it for about 2 years. You could earn, cash out easily & you could reach customer support. Tried cashing out at $10 back in June then the $10 option disappeared a few days later. I waited a week before contacting customer support and nothing. I have contacted them numerous times & I am still waiting. I tried cashing out again at $15 & it said I already had a pending request. It's 12/19/19, almost at the $20 cash out now so I'll try again soon.

SCAM! been trying over a month to redeem. It shows pending and tells u to contact online support but for a month they show offline. I've sent emsils. Ive gone thru there website, google play and no responses what so ever! Don't waste your time. I had redeemed about a year ago n had it that day with no problems. Im guessing they don't do it anymore. But, they should take app down app instead of misleading tons of people.

All of a sudden, the apps said either my email or password is invalid. i saved the email and password at the very beginning, so it can't be invalid email and password, really. I then tried to reset a few times, but nothing ever gets to my email. Is the apps being hacked? Just a few more points, I can cash out. Prove it is not a scam! Please solve it asap, and I will give 5 stars.

I have used this app over the last several months and finally earned enough to redeem $15. I have contacted "support" several times by email and through the support option on the app. Nobody responded after my payment didn't show up. It said to allow 72 hours to process, which I did. Waste of time and space!

This app has always been great. I've cashed out a few times. However I recently updated my ema il and it says it sent me a verification email have tried a few times still have not received the email. Have reached out to support twice with no response so I'm nown uh uninstalling since it's literally useless since I cant cash out.

Doesn't record lock screen credits. This app used to be great. However, it functions less and less with every update. It hasn't properly recorded credit in about 6 months.

I get the app, and the exchange rate is 3000 points for a 5 dollar gift card. After months I finally get near 6000 points - Nintendo only offers 10 gift cards. Then the game updates with a login glitch, so everyone had to wait. Then the devs fix the problem, but now it is 5000 points for 5 dollars and 10000 points for 10. I now need to almost double my point value. Months later, I find that they now only offer PayPal gift cards, and the lowest amount is $15. I hate to say it, but it's a sham.

Used to be a great app. Apparently they are shutting down and neglected to tell their customers. I have had this app for over 1 1/2 years. They always answered when support was contacted. Now nothing. Have tried 3 times. Cashed in $15.00 on Dec. 18th and like so many others that have left reviews, mine states "pending". No answer from support. Uninstalling until they fix this or the app shuts down. Would have been nice if they had let us know if that's the case. This should be against the law.

I will leave a better review if I can ever cash out. I cashed out last year and it went thru automatically. but now I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks and still nothing is going thru!! send me my $10 and I will leave a better review. Update - so now after 3 weeks of not getting my $10 cash out they have now upped the minimum pay out to $15!! Do not waste your time with these spammers. I have tried contacting them and they wont respond. Deleting the app!!!

I LOVE IT! Tons of easy & fun offers available. Plenty of hefty offers to choose from as well as quick tasks for handfuls of points that take less than 2-3 minutes (based on an average users' efficiency, more skilled users could finish faster). Results will vary a TON due to a large # of offers & many different potential routes to earning points. It's easily 1 of the quickest/easiest redemption processes industry wide, hands down! U cant get a response from them at all. I've been waiting for a verification email for over a week. I've sent numerous msgs and emails. And all I get is the automated msg telling me to use the in app support function. Unless this is fix, my rating will stay at 1 star.

I use to really like this app... but recently when I go to contact support I dont get an answer back. I'm trying to cash out my $15 and it says it needs to verify my email but I still havent received the email for the verification... and support isn't any help. This app use to be good but now it's one of my less favorite. If support could contact me back and help with my email verification then I will change my review...

I enjoy the app but everytime it wants me to update it just keeps flashing. I have to restart my phone numerous times to get it to stop....fyi to developers that is what I have been trying to do. It keeps flashing back from the app to play store....

it one of the best apps there is. but lately i havent been able to cash out my points. its been close to 3 weeks and it still says payout pending. my paypal account is active. ive asked through the in app support message center an through email but have not gotten a response yet.. after over a months, still no response from reward stash to fix my issue. Is there no way to report this company to the better business bureau or something. Maybe they can do an IRS audit on thi company and get them

This app is pretty awesome accept for the support. I have been making money on it but can't redeem it or do a lot because I can't verify my email and support has not gotten back with me on the app or by email. I suggest don't even bother with it.

i actually enjoy this app it worked well up until recently. i went to change my email and paypal and cash out my points. everything went smoothly up until i hit cash out. it says i have to verify my new email but hasnt sent me an email in order to do it. ive tried contacting support but i still havent heard or received anything despite sending multiple emails.so now i have points i can redeem just sitting there until someone decides to help me. it's unacceptable

Scam, deceptive ripoff!! After +1 year of religiously opening app daily I finally reach the minimum coveted reward prize of $20. Never received anything, their "support" never got back to me. Save your time and your phone's battery usage. Not worth the electricity it makes your phone waste for their gain.

It worked fine for lol while than one day couldn't access my account. I can't even reset my password. Not to mention the site says my email isn't in their records. And I have at least $30 trapped on there. Please fix the reset link. Thank you

If I could give it no stars I would, I use to like the app, I have cashed out before and got paid but I have been waiting for over a month for my payout this time and still haven't received it. I have tried to contact customer support more than once and haven't got even one answer, this is bs.

The latest update that showed up today forced me to try and update to the latest version. It was almost impossible to get my phone to do anything else. Once I was able to get around this blockage, I uninstalled it. Imagine if I needed to dial 911 in this situation.

Update: 1/5/2020 dont waste your time or phone space.... total joke no one answers ever!!!!! No pay out which takes forever Update: 11/4 still no answer from support!!!! Emailed, went through support in app and nothing. I finally get to payout amount and for 3 weeks it juat says pending tried to get help from support through the app with no answer at all. Shouldnt have to wait forever to get an answer.

This app used to be good. Now most days I can't collect daily reward. Which is making it impossible to reach cash out now. I would say about 4 days in the past month I was able to do daily check in. Rediculous!!! Fix the issue please!!!

Had a lot of points then they made me switch to this new app and I lost all my points after almost a month of using it everyday what a waste of time plus there is constant updates and every time you need more and more points to make $5 it started at 1500=$5 and now its 10000=$5 kinda ridiculous if you ask me

This App is a scam. For The People That It Is working for.. it wont stay that way. IF u know anything about TapJoy- its pretty much the same in the sense of picking and choosing when its gonna work for you (it'll work for most ppl just starting out) Gradually it'll stop or you'll get banned FOR NO REAL REASON. In the end, everyone will be screwed for almost everything or completely screwed, while they make bank. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! **I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST INSTALLING!"
