App is telling me I guessed incorrectly when I actually picked the correct answer. When I've attempted to use a life, I get an error message on the next question stating "question ID invalid". I've sent multiple feedback messages through the app with no response, guess they don't care to fix the issue.

I like the game, but there aren't too many events I want to go to, and the tickets are way too overpriced. If your not going to have less expensive options then please give us the option to cash out after we hit $10.00 or earn gift cards. Right now I'm losing interest because its for nothing. Sorry guys, I love playing, but I could be winning somewhere else!!

I played the whole way through to question 10 and got it right, which is the only way you get the reward dollars. At the end of the show, it said I won $19 and some odd change. My account still hasn't been credited, it's been over a week, and I've messaged them about it twice with no response. I also won 40 cents the next night and my account was only credited 30 cents. I'm done wasting my time.

absolutley terrible...I downloaded it to check it out played one night it glitched the whole time the the app crashed and made me lose the money I won then I go to get on the second night and me and 1800 other people sit there waiting to play a game for over 10 minutes and then they say theres no game technical issues again...wouldn't recommend at all!

What a joke. They come back and changed the point system to where 100 points equals $1. Sounds great until you find out you can only use 100 points at a time and have to pay the rest out of pocket especially since they jack the prices up then give a big "discount". You can buy most of the items they are selling cheaper on Amazon without their big "discount"

The gameplay is fun. My two biggest gripes are that they have no tickets with 1,000 miles of me/ they no longer have giftcards and the new scoring system robs players of the earnings they would normally have gotten. In conclusion this app has lost its way, I have over $130 in credit and can't spend it on anything.

The app is a great idea. However it crashes way to much during the game. How can a player win if they cant even play. it would be a 5 star however ill barely give it a 3 just because it is a good idea just needs work.

I'm new to this game need more time to analyze. Game freezes up more than plays. Also recently the game won't work at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 different times and still not working. An now I can't even get it to install anymore. A really big problematic issue.

this app will not download for me, keeps saying it failed. only app that won't freaking download, but my daughter referred me to this game and she use to have no problems but in the last few months she has nothing but problems with all closing mid game and costing the win and lives. its horrible, and the game freezes constantly and unfreezes with zero time left on clock to answer. so I'm sad to say this app is trash for us. fix it

I love this game, it's the best trivia game I have ever played. You answer questions and they reward you the fan, with reward dollars and you can use those rewards dollars to get tickets to sporting events, theater, concert, etc... On a scale of 1-10 I give this game a 💯 and two 👍👍's up.

the questions overall are good but the clock ran way too fast, the guys or girls seem to just ramble on making the game last longer than a really should have. Plus I went to go look up tickets that I could redeem and they're outrageously more expensive compared to just buying them online. For example I'm from the Northern Illinois/ Southern Wisconsin area and I want to attend a local professional hockey game and they wanted $80 for two tickets, when I could easily buy two tickets online for $30.

Pretty fun game and easy to earn money. But they do have the prices way up on tickets, you can only buy tickets in groups of 2 or 4, and you can't pick your seats. Be ready for the nose bleeds at near front row price. They have $15 for a bar concert listed at $382. The support staff is helpful though. If they fixed those things I would give them a five star.

constantly updating the app causing issues almost every time they have an update. I played the game through all the issues since they first started. This time we can't even get the app to open.

This is a great live game with awesome prizes! If you don't win, you still earn. I would give it five stars but sometimes it stalls. The game will continue to run while the host is frozen. So there is no warning for the next question. Also, in my opinion, I think uou should be allowed to change your answer. Once you answer, it's considered your final answer.

This App is a scam/terrible. DO NOT RECCOMEND DOWNLOADING. WASTE OF SPACE AND TIME. The app always freezes and it tells you a time or sometgibg to go on to win like maybe at 8 tonight i go on at 7 that night they change it to 8 tomarrow

Since they started updating I can't even get in to each game! It force closes every time! I've tried uninstalling and installing again and there has been no change!

Still having tech/lag issues, the latest one being that everytime I try to play, the app shuts down. We'll see if this update fixes it, and I'll report back!

I loved this game, then they forced you to buy two or four tickets only at a time and their prices went from decent to insanely high. (Who's gonna spend $40,000 on two tickets to see Trevor Noah?) Pre-Thanksgiving 2018 Reward the Fan gets 5 stars. Since then, it's one star. It would be zero but I have to give at least one star.

i like it i got a few tickets and yeah its okay i mean i wouldn't recommend it to someone and i wouldnt put it in my favorties and i wouldn't put in my least either its not perfect it needs adjustments but its not quite that bad it needs some updats but then its good but also it dosent need that man needs to not talk alot. They need to change that also they to switch up the people. I had the app for about 3 weeks and again i kinda like it but its not in my favorties. It just needs a few updates.

Love the app and the concept. I can play game and earn discount at the same time to buy products which keep changing every week. Nice and value for money products in their catalog. I am already hooked to it.

Love the game overall but the latest update was a travesty...lag was nonstop and cant get the new features to function properly. Aswell they have replaced the 5 cent per answer for some terrible points option. Still can win the cash prize tho

Reward the Fan is very exciting way to get fans of just about anything in one place. Even if eliminated, questions you answered correctly reward you with credit dollars toward ticket purchases to fav events, concerts, movies, etc. 👍👍👍

It takes a long time to get enuff loot to try to grab a few tix! Gotta be quick & knowledgeable on many topics. Earn $.05 for correct answer. The be xtra lives come in handy as a wrong answer will eliminate you. Fun game!! 8/13/19:: It's a good game, its challenging, but u gotta be quick & think fast. I enjoy very much playing the game but it is on at the same time as HOFr, and HOFr seems a little bit more winnable, other than that it's great if it was played at a different time I play it everyday. Definitely download this ga me and play it

This is absolutely the best game show on the net, by far!!! Ive tried others and this beats them all. The questions and topics are fun, the hosts are so funny and the prizes!!! You can but tickets directly through them with your earnings!!!! You gotta give it a try!!!

This game is very addicting!! Sure it has had it's share of technical issues, but show me a game that doesn't have issues!! this game has such a great concept and by far it is my favorite game!!

Used to be really good but updates kept on making it laggy. I downloaded the latest update and it wouldn't even let me open it up. Very frustrated and thinking of deleting it.
