Rewarded Play: Earn Free Gift Cards & Play Games!

For the 10,000 bonus points challenge, I am not getting the credit for playing a game. It's been almost a week and everytime the bonus points start over, it puts the same game on there and I still have the same problem. No credits. It's very frustrating. I contacted support but all I get is automated messages. I need this fixed asap or I'm uninstalling because it will be pointless to keep.

Wanted to update this. I played a few games, got the gift cards easy and quickly enough ($10 worth). Time to money, it's not great but if you like playing the games they have (small selection), it's not bad. Was at 4* but dropped it to 3 when one of the games wasn't tracking and upon sending them a screenshot of it being completed, they interpreted "complete building lv7" to mean finish all of lv7 and complete l8. Not a big deal at low levels, massive difference at higher levels. I'm out now

This app actually works, and isn't even difficult to use either. There's some decent games and surveys, and it doesn't take as long as you'd think to reach the minimum amount. I've already gotten $15 in gift cards and am very close to another $5. If you have spare time or want something to do while catching up on like Twitch or something, this is perfect. Once redeemed, the gift cards show up fast. Also the people who own the app are very nice and helpful if you submit a ticket.

Not the easiest interface, but customer support is way better than Mistplay (the only other reward app I've used). Lots of games once you figure it out. You can get rid of (or 'hide' as they call it), the games you aren't interested in. Those games are then replaced by new ones. I'm not positive, but I think that earning rewards is a little easier than the other I mentioned.

This app was working well and I was getting gift cards but then it just stopped offering any new games. I got so excited when it offered something new finally but when I tried to download it, it said storage too full. So I deleted a ton of stuff to make space but then it didn't allow me to download it anymore. Customer service could care less and just basically said too bad play one of our other boring games. They need to fix this issue as storage issues are so common.

Rewarded play is easily my favorite of the "play games for rewards" apps- good selection of apps, points accumulate quicker than other apps, and good selection of rewards. There have been a couple of times that I didn't get points for completing tasks, but easily fixed by contacting customer service (who were quick to respond). My only frustration is that I can't install new apps because "you need to use your existing apps first". I've been using my apps all day, not sure what more to do.

Legit earning game. I've redeemed gift cards several times over the last year and really enjoy doing this. My only issue is that there's not enough game options to choose from, there should be an option of categories to choose from when we sign up instead of games like poker or other battle games I'm not going to play. There should also be an option to remove the game once it no longer benefits you with points. The daily points aren't worth keeping downloaded on my phone.

This app used to have excellent customer support & while I did have to message support from time to time for help in getting the points I earned, it was always taken care of quickly & easily. Now, it appears that literacy isn't a requirement for the support position. I'm amazed at the 1 click responses that don't even address the problem that I've gotten over these latest, recurring issues. How disappointing!

I've been using this app for over a year, I have made $60, in gift certificates; it was very easy to cash out my coins for them. I've had several problems where, I didn't receive my coins from finishing, some of the task on them; when I contacted support group; they was added in a manly time. I really enjoy the games and hope they keep the kinda of games I like.

This app is the best, in my opinion. When it comes to spending time on a device, this one makes sense. They explain things very well. How the app works and when we can see points added to our balance. What I like is that they keep it simple. The games/surveys are of a wide variety. The redemption is easy. Once you make 45,000 points (for 5 dollars), you redeem and the gift card comes same day. If, you need help, Staff is ready to quickly assist in minutes of contact. No other app comes close.

Ive just downloaded this app, and I've started all 3 of my games and played them. But on the last one it says I need to play one more minute. And I do. I've played it much longer than one minute, but it won't give me the credit so I can move on the next step. If this isn't fixed by the next time I play, I'm just gonna delete this app. It's too annoying and frustrating to play q game that doesn't reward you the credit it says it will. So annoyed.

Have been paid. Last 1k didn't want to give all rewards. They want you to load a game and keep it on, use it a little every day... low end phones already have space problems. They want you to fill up your phone w their stuff and leave it basically. Seems Too slow to payout threshold. Will try one more gift card...see how long this one takes... Added star for paying out, no problem. Thx.

This app would be great if it would actually give you the rewards after you finish the challenges. It does the small number rewards just fine but the ones that are 2,000+ it doesn't give it to you after you finish. My last one was supposed to be 7,750 and I'm way past the level I was supposed to reach and I still didn't get it. Very frustrating

I have been using rewarded play for 6 months now & have made over $300.00!!!! I havent come close to that on any other app. Every app has a glitch from time to time & whenever i have to contact support they not only get back to me right away, they take as much time as necessary to work with me until my issue is solved. They are the rock stars of customer service!!!

Better than mistplay BUT... It tells me I can do five downloads a day, HOWEVER, I only ever am able to do one. It's really frustrating when there's a new game I want to try with good points, and I miss it because the freaking app won't let me download my five.. And if I were to uninstall and reinstall... I'd lose all my stuff. It's really irritating.

Missing points Ive been using this app for a month and just downloaded, opened and played a new game yesterday. I did not get rewards for the download and usage the first day. Also didn't get rewards for completing some levels. Please check into this and reward me properly. UPDATE : I did email support, was asked to send screen shots showing levels I completed and wasn't rewarded for. Thats not always an option. Now support tells me sometimes it takes a day to receive points, but still no points

Great way to check out games and earn points for gift cards, but you will need to pay to stop ads. If you choose a game, lookout you may be stuck with it and it will pop up, so you have to play to earn points. If you delete because of issues takes them a week to remove. Overall good, found a few games I will continue to play.

I have received $105 towards Amazon gift cards. Customer Support is AWESOME on this app. They reward the points if they were not automatically added. I just need to send them screenshots of the completed task. The surveys have been a waste of time. Most of the time the survey gets an error message (crashes?) after they have already received numerous questions answered. I spent almost 30 minutes answering a survey, and then it crashed! Crashed Survey=NO Points=Deal Breaker

It's a great app and I have loads of fun while earning legit gift cards. It takes time and effort on your part but it does pay. There a some tiny issues once in a while, but customer service is easy to contact and always responds quickly to resolve any issue... As I said before, I have loads of fun an they offer excellent games as well

I've been using this app for almost 2 yrs now & the last yr it's been having more & more issues with certain things. 1. Not giving points for using the games for 4mins as required which I've been doing I have a timer set for 5 mins that I use to make sure I'm playing each one for at least 4 mins. 2. Not giving points for in game goals/achievements that are listed in the app itself under each individual game. I'm pretty irritated that I wasted over 6hrs collecting points it wouldn't credit me for

Not happy with the selection of games available for downloading... Very misleading and poor advertising! Due to technical issues, not having to do with the Rewarded Play app, a master reset had to be performed on my phone. After reinstalling Rewarded Play app, I was recognized as a brand new user. However, once my old account was merged with my new account, the choices of games offered were nowhere near the same as when I was a new customer. Contacted support & they can't control game choices.

Great app! It has several games to choose from that keep you entertained while earning some extra money. The gift cards are a good choice, however, I wish they had options like visa and/or PayPal. Cash out is quick and easy by using your phone (they will send you a code) and no selfies. Customer service is pretty good compared to other apps. If you have any issues they will respond within 24 hrs and get it resolved quickly.

I uninstalled one of the six apps and it stop counting my points. I went back and forth with customer service and the only thing they could tell me was to not uninstall/reinstall. After I explained multiple times that I didn't uninstall the app that they stop tracking points for, I just gave up.

Rewards are small amounts for all time you spend playing. Also customer service isn't good. I downloaded this app at the end of last week. Played & got enough points to redeem for a gift card. There was an issue w/ getting it. Contacted customer service &getting the runaround on fixing issue. I'm being told there are 2 accounts w/ my name &asked why I had re-signed up. I didn't. I provided my phone# & email at sign up but they want my license to verify my info they don't have. So can't get card.

Over all great app...Yep trying to get points that are supposed to be accredited to me that im owed, but apparently the down side of the app itself doesn't recognize it or record it. So far I got all of my points rewarded to me but one they are having problems with. I've been happy so far with the app but there are issues. Hopefully they can fix the issues other people are having too.

First of all, the app is great, with a lot of good game options to help you earn real gift cards. However, I had to change phones and now have been working with Customer Support for more than a week to get access to my account. They've told me they can't keep my game history, that's fine, but I have an earned $25.00 Gift Card locked in that account that I can't access. So, as long as you never need to deal with customer support, the app is good!

I had an issue when I changed phones and provider and the customer service department came though and helped me claim my gift card and also updating my phone number. Overall, one of the better apps on here in regards to earning points for gift cards. In the past month I've already earned two of them - totaling $25 - and it could not have been easier. BUT, you e got to play and be patient. Highly recommend.

I love this app! Not only were all my gift cards fulfilled, but the opportunities for getting points had improved over time. I did have one problem with one of the apps a week back, but was patched or fixed. Great job on taking care of that! Looking forward to more compatible and fun games on this app 😁.

I changed my view on this app. The game apps were pretty good. I have tried so many different games since I have had this app for few years now. It does payout if you spend the time per game and complete the goals. I don't care for the game selections anymore they are casino games. So I don't get payout as much. Otherwise I will change the rating back to a 5.

I love Rewarded Play! They have lots of great game apps to choose from. I could play all day, but they only require you to play a few mins to earn lots of points to earn gift cards from Many great places. And rarely, you might need customer support and best news of all - they have Super people there to help you. It's so easy to contact them and they answer you quickly, helpfully, and w friendly responses. Top of the line customer service team! DOWNLOAD IT - YOU WILL LOVE IT, TOO!
