A number of recent reviews with respect to the latest update are inaccurate. Please note the following:
1. Rewardle does not require login via Facebook, you can still sign up with email and password, we just highlighted Facebook option. We thank members for their feedback and will be revising the interface for signup/login.
2. Members who were logged out by a recent authentication bug did not lose points. The overwhelming issue was that these logged out members created new accounts either by mistakenly logging in with Facebook or creating new email accounts which logged them in as a different user. We can resolve any issues of members by connecting accounts (contact [email protected]) or members can use the forgot password option using their original email to access their original membership.

Seemed great when i first started using it, but now when I try to add a new card it goes through the photos etc and says its saved but it wont show up in my card list. Maybe theres a limit to the amount of cards?? Also tried the online contact support page but the button doesnt work so cant submit a help request. Really hope they fix this bug as I dont want to reload all my cards onto another app :(
Get rid of the stupid advertising when I open the app. Makes it so confusing, makes me believe that the at code on the screen is for that advertisment. I immediately close it because I have an ad in my face, then I have to spend ages trying to find the we code to scan for the place I'm trying to redeem a free coffee at. Usually at the till while people are waiting me. Get rid of ads when opening the app or I'll be uninstalling soon
Keeps saying "no internet connection" despite wifi and mobile data both working perfectly. Seems to load most things ok but keeps flashing elements with "no internet connection" constantly. Unusable. Not fixed after many months, uninstalled.
This used to be a great app, but over the last year it's gotten so bad I can't even use it. The 2 places I had over 1000 points for free coffees was reduced to zero! No way of getting them back. Now I can't even open it for anything. It just say 'unable to process your request, please try again later'.. Drop the ball on this one..
I once again wasted time on something that should be basic but ends up me sitting here and uninstalling app. I created my password in the app . I have to put my phone number in to get a verification number. So I go into my messages and get the number...when I go back into the app it's at the beginning of the process again where I have to do the whole thing somewhere I need to get another verification code. I looked through my web pages to see if I could find any page where rewardle verification process could be...nothing...nada. So when apps screw me around like this, I go screw it and uninstall!
This was a good app and i loved being able to upload all my store cards. Problem is, now when i try to access them the app crashes. It's currently not useful for much if i can't use my cards. I contacted support and they said they'll "get back to me". Judging by other reviews, I'm not holding out hope for that
Couldn't get past the first step. Says sign up or login but there is no visible option to do anything other than sign up with Facebook. Tried putting email address in and the only option was to ask for password reset but that failed with a you are not registered error. Uninstalled successfully.
Previously worked, but now it will only open the rewardle card and none of the others. Based on the fact that the interface was changed to open 'ribbons' instead of the card list, I figure the devs are only concerned with the rewardle platform rather than the card management feature. Will switch to stocard until this is fixed.
Totally broken, can't open app, just goes to some stupid ad for Coles. Was annoying enough when it opened with 3 pop ups instead if cards. Now it is totally broken. I'll find another app for storing my cards.
No issues as yet, would be helpful if it listed retailers that use the app and what do the ribbons even do? Not sure what the boost tab does either, a quick tutorial would be nice to explain everything.
App just lost my profile with all my history. Absolutely ridiculous. No point using it if you can't even cash in your coffees. Have to call support which is also ridiculous. Should be an option to email or chat function. No option to delete the account now that its worthless with no history. So keeping or should I say stealing my data. Not sure it complies with privacy laws if I can't even manage my account properly.
3 strikes and you're out. Try to sign up with Facebook...app crashed. Sign up... Had to reset pwd (confusing). So then try generate new pwd using LastPass... But couldn't login/sign in as LastPass didn't fill in confirm pwd field correctly as it is not tagged correctly by developer. I lost interest...uninstalled... Just to hard!
Temporary issue which reset all cards and ribbons after requiring re-sign in now corrected. Otherwise no prior issues in past few years, and far more convenient than carrying a ton of loyalty cards.
Very bad now. Got a new phone and can't log in. When I try by email it says to use Facebook. When I try to use Facebook it doesn't work and says "Provider error". I even tried on my old phone and the same thing happens. Please fix this immediately!
Doesn't work! Have had app for almost 2 years. I use app at coffee shop at work and I remain at 2000pts FOREVER! The app reckons I haven't used my card since 2018. Interesting, because it's 2020 and I used it 2 days ago.
Sign up fails. Have tried months apart and after reinstalling. This time there is no option via email and choosing facebook kills the program.
Not sure what's the point of the app if it doesn't sinc you card and your purchases. It says that the card is added but there is no history or can find you card again . Assigned a new card for some reason. Just gave up to make it work :(((
all of a sudden it asked me to login and im unable to login, it says unable to connect although my internet is fine. i cant use any of my cards and the rewardle points. so disappointed. please fix! Edit: its working now!
Disappointed! Bought a fuel card and now regretting as it doesn't work in most stations .. The QR code for fuel card doesn't work in most of the stations.. the support phone number doesn't work, I sent email still no response.. the customer service probably doesn't exist if you have to share any grievances!
I like the fact that you are rewarded for supporting local cafes etc. It would be great though if I could use the rewards ribbons for something? The only rewards option is a coffee delivery monthly package.
Terrible. You start bidding then it won't load anymore. Someone ends up winning for $1 and you've wasted your bids. Now I can't even bid. I have so many points and it tells me I need more to bid. The same person seems to be able to get in and win for 51c.
The app just keeps crashing after every launch. Doesn't even have a sign up option.
another Card App, that is all this is. I visited a place where REWARDLE is used, grabbed the card, activated it and when I got home went to download the App, it asked if I had more Cards I wanted to put in, I already have a Card App, and it accepted my Rewardle Card so I have no need for the Rewardle App
They want your mobile number to send a verification code. At least that's what they tell you. Yeah, nah, I don't think so. They get your email address when you create an account. That should be enough. They should just email the code. I don't trust them. Uninstalled.
App doesn't store points properly. Doesn't sync regularly and is always inaccurate.
I've added multiple cards and they keep disappearing. Only Qantas has stayed as well as sportsmart. Won't let me add e.g. EB games
After transferring as well updating the app, i have tried to sign in as FB, it direct me to my homescreen with a pop up saying rewardle has stopped grrrr
Needs to have functionality to store copies of cards that do not have bar codes. Not all cards have bar codes.
This used to be a great app, although a little slow to load. I loaded all my reward cards on it and got rid of the physical cards. In the past few weeks every time I try to launch it, it crashes. So I'm not getting any points on anything anywhere, because I don't have the cards now. And despite me sending report after report to the support email, I've had NO RESPONSE. It's rubbish now. Don't bother.
