The contest portion, which is my daughter's favorite, stopped working right. It splits the screen, half is dark and the other says turn your phone to landscape, which even if you are doing doesn't go away. And you can't click on anything or swipe to make it go away This is new in past few months, suggest you look into fixing this.
This used to be a great app, but for several months, the contests don't load properly and if you do make it to the landscape mode, it either resets or nothing happens. It's a shame because my kids enjoyed it prior to these issues and now they can't earn extra points.
To play in the competitions you have to turn your phone sideways. Half the time it doesn't register and the other half it splits the screen in two so I can't even read the entire question. I can't even get the games to work anymore. Which is extremely frustrating.
The app looks very easy to use it has all the options you looks for on the first screen and you get a lot of points when you first register, point that can turn into gift cards.
This is a great app it's just that you have to restart it like every 10 mins. It freezes so you just have to keep restarting when it does freeze, overall it's still a pretty good app.
This app never will load properly. There is always a 'connection error'. I have been trying for a year now to redeem my points and the app always crashes. I am disappointed.
Great app overall. It has everything you need on an orthadontics app. You can literally earn money by playing games. You can enter contests and take surveys. Large variety of things to do. Love it!
No ads, you earn more points and you can see all the gift cards and option and everything. I give it a 4.5. This happened once the game glitched but it works well. You can make money by playing games.
My daughter likes to play the games to earn points, and gets excited to earn points by going to her appointments, but there is no shopping cart icon or any other way to redeem them in the app (Android user)! This has been a big disappointment.
Just downloaded and have a bunch of points but it will not allow me to even go to the rewards page to see how to redeem them and it won't let me log in on my computer to try either. My child was really excited and is now just extremely disappointed.
Use to work fine but now the games only load half a screen and the kids cannot earn the extra points. Had no problems previously and then all of a sudden this started happening
This was a great app. Now it won't register the phone is sideways for the games/rewards. The kid is pretty frustrated.
Doesnt give points after referring friends and it keeps saying theres technical difficulties when opening. Other than that, no complaints.
This is an easy to use app where i can earn points for taking surveys and playing in contest. These points can be used for many gift cards. Only problem is that they don't have a google play gift card or PayPal
This App Is Amazing!!! The staff is nice and You get free rewards for going to the dentist and caring for your teeth! I've earned 60 points in a visit! Why not get this app it's free rewards!
The app is super broken. When you try to play the contests, it auto rotates and half the screen either goes black or shows the homepage with the game music playing.
the app wont let me check my next appointments or let me redeem any points for rewards there is no shopping cart icon on mine I'm confused. but other than that it's an overall good app
Love the app!! Easy to use. Also my son and I love Luff Orthodontics and staff so much! They are very professional and courteous all the time.
Always lags when I have to use landscape mode and the screen glitches into 2 separate pages. 🗑 is still not working even though they said they fixed it 🙄
The staff are very nice and explain everything and what u have to do. They are very awesome they should win an award for cleaning teeth very nicely!!!! 😃
I have had no issues with the app, this shows me all of my points, rewards to be earned and ways to get more points! I rank this app at a 5
They give you points for using that app and every one hundred you get 10 dallors off, so it is really easy to lower how much you treatment will cost.
It is a very good app I would suggest this for all ages you can play games and do contests it is hard to login in but it is worth it!

It's good app to motivate people to take care their teeth. I think this is a good motivate for kids as well.
The contest format is not properly supported for android. The bottom of the screen where you submit your answer is cut off, not allowing contestants to complete the contest. I have deleted and re-installed, as suggested, and it STILL isn't formatted properly. Poor app development.
