cant even start because I have tried 5 diffrent variations of my name for a user name and apparently there must be a lot of useres wirh my name. lol every time I have to change it i have to go thru all security questions again. I have bogus charges on my card and cant contact to fix. now I have to claim stolen card and tie up cash that is loaded on it
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! CALLED CENTER AFTER CARD IN MAIL AND STILL CAN'T SET UP ACCOUNT BIRTH DATE WITHOUT SCROLLING UNTIL BORN! THEN SAYS USERNAMES TAKEN WHEN KNOW THEY'RE NOT! NOT TRUSTING A DIME TO THIS CARD!
totally useless - when I register my card info im told all is well. When i go to sign in im told i cant use same password as iphone so i create a new password. Signin again with no access to username click on user name enter password no access. Create new info. This is a continuous cycle. Called customer i dont care dept was told its a self use app nothing they can do. Im cutting my card. That onestar was just to be able to post this msg.
WTH?!? It's like a circular formula in Excel! Totally useless and now I have no idea what's on my card!! Ralph's says they cannot tell me my balance and cannot do crap with this app!!!! WTH?? If I could, would rate NEGATIVE #. Directs me to US Bank site and enter exp date as asked and app says format wrong. PoS!!
I couldn't login to the app, it needs an update. It's been like this for months. I was going to use a Ralph's prepaid debit card for budgeting since I mostly shop at Ralph's but I got a Wal-Mart prepaid debit card instead because their app works.
It won't even let me establish an account
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT. If you need a replacement card, THEY WILL NOT SEND IT!!!! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. They will tell you different things every time. I only wish I could rate this 0 stars. Customer Service is ridiculous, so hopefully you'll never have to call them with any problems or questions. Also, the mobile app never allows you to log in. Looks like most people have this problem.
