Rewind TV

So, I got the app, paid the 1 month preview, got my password and login. However, it just would not work for me. I thought at some point I was being scammed and out the $15+ or whatever. However, after discussing with the help contact, and we couldn't resolve it. They refunded my money and I put this at a 3 star rating just because I wasn't able to use the app. But for their help, they were fast and resolved my issue. I'm sure it works fine, I just wasn't able to use it. Tried on buzzbox 3000

IT was fine for a while but now it stop working for days at a time. You have to check constantly to see if you are lucky enough to catch it working. I have tried to contact them by email but it appears that no one check the emails because I haven't got a response. I have a 5 connection subscription and non of my devices work for days.

I haven't been able to login. I seen another review where the person was told to login to the website to request the username and password, but it does not say what the name of the website is. Could you please let people know what the name of the website is so we are able to access this app a little bit easier. I will change my 1 star rating if and when I'm able to login to the app. Thank you in advance for your support.
