When taking a picture, it takes much longer for the shutter to take the photo, and the Camera makes subject appear larger and I cant tell if Im getti g everything in the picture and then the picture comes out too far away. Also, the app is taking forever to load my stores, like up to an hour or more, even after rebooting phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Have had to reinstall many times. Cuts photos off. When I label/caption photos with specific info it will populate all the photos with the same info from one of the photos. Does not have a time keeper on the app so must populate all the fields to get to end page just to see howuch time is left for the job. DPCIs are listed without a brief description which makes job more difficult. Dislike this app.
New update needs work. Ever since then most recent update I am waiting for at least 30 seconds for each picture to be captured and also takes longer than before to just sign in. Spent more time waiting for picutre than before. Very difficult when it is a high traffic area. I wrote in about the error message I received. Hopefully it gets fixed. Theres a few other reviews that have the same issue so it's not just a IOS/Andriod problem.
App is terrible since latest update. Takes forever to open the app. The camera takes long to shutter. The projects will say waiting to upload then you go out to another project and the waitimg to upload is back in the in progress and you have to reenter the date again, sometimes pictures are gone. App needs work.
Ok since the update I have problems with photos taken. The app flips my photos into a panoramic view after I take it and there is a 30 second delay while it does this. Annoying especially when doing a Lloreal project with many photos. Did not have this problem before.
It would be great if you would let us download the project instructions (pdfs) right from the app. The app caches the project data but it could be nice to be able to save a separate copy to be able to view in my pdf reader app so that I can easily switch between the project questions and the project instructions without having to constantly back away from the survey
It crashes a lot. It takes forever to open, so long in fact that I have sometimes used the portal to do my first report or 2 in my first store of the week. During christmas, when stores were busy and everyone was using target wifi, i couldn't use it at all.
I haven't used it much yet but I noticed the same thing. The attachments should be made available on the app for download. That's pretty inconvenient. You also need to fix this so that pictures can be loaded from the gallery.
This app is very efficient for me as a merchandiser. Being able to take photos and scan directly from my phone into the app saves a lot of later reporting time.
2 weeks later after one so called update after another and it's still not working; and all I keep getting told is I'm the only one having this issue...@$!!$@@!#
This app is junk. Most times it takes 6 tries to get into project, and even after Im in middle of project it will tell me my sign in has expired.
ok most of the time slow other times now it does not update .then when it does download it takes forever to install
Having trouble with pictures, taking too long to upload.
I agree with several others who have reported problems with the camera since the update.
I like the app it helps me to take care of the goals that I have to accomplish for my duties.
Had to reinstall since it would not load, still I had to upload project reports through the portal
Will not let you start a account at all . Only a place to log in ,no place to sign up .

This is much easier to report on and uploading is not bad.

This app and company is horrible , the don't pay the minimum wage in CALIFORNIA and nobody answers your questions when you ask.
Problem with camera today.

It would be nice if we could upload photos from the camera roll like we could in the beginning. The app sometimes deletes photos and info when you go in and out of service orders. Plus, it adds questions not related to the service call. Very slow loading when you first log in. Sometimes it takes up to 5 min just to open. Also, you can close/upload service reports, then they just go pack into "in progress." I spend more time reclosing reports and trying to get them to upload.
