App crashes, making it impossible to transfer balance from my pay card account to my bank account. Pay cards have no protection for consumers if breached, so I have no interest in keeping my money there, yet it's been trapped for days.

Wish you could unload your card to your Rf bank account so you could easily transfer funds to your hometown bank account. Otherwise you need a computer anyway.
