RFCU Mobile Banking

Exceptional Customer Service. I'm the person that asks questions several times to ensure that I'm portraying exactly what I'm unsure of as to gather all the right information. Never have I spoken to a rep via this app that wasn't patient. The app itself is so easy to access yet has security measures in place to keep banking truly secure. I find it useful, quick, convenient, ALWAYS accurate and private. I love RFCU mobile banking.

Very easy to use app and does everything you could ever want from this app makes things so much easier if you need to do something as far as transferring balancing checking anything you want to do it's here especially good for when you're out and running errands and you don't have information in front of you that is one of the best thing to have

The The picture taking part of the app is very antiquated compared to others I use. I shouldn't have to hold the phone steady when trying to take the picture.. it should take it automatically. Even typing this review. I cannot see what I am typing. App needs work in my opinion.

I use this app because this bank holds my car loan. The bank itself is wonderful and a pleasure to work with every time I go in. Unfortunately I live far from their branches, so this app has saved me a lot of time and money. It never crashes, and has had no down time that I am aware of. Great job!

Very easy to use, you can all your necessary account information in the app safe and securely. I have not had any issues, I mostly use it to check my accounts, manage my money and deposit checks occasionally.

Its easy. They dont keep changing the menu. When you know what you are doing but they move it is infuration.

This app was good till the last update now I cant use it for much. It wont let me transfer to pay my mortgage or pay any bills. I can fill it out but the submitting button doesn't work. I have a galaxy s9

This is great! Banking at your fingertips.I'm of a paper and pen generation-and I was very hesitant on using online banking.I didn't start using it until late last year..Now I love it. I still go in to my favorite branch in Weymouth-but during closed hours and holidays this is my go to.The team there even assisted me in setting it up! I love my bank and the people who work there.I encourage everyone to give it a try.

Convenient, easy-to-use, always available love the RFCU bill pay. ATM ANYWHERE This bank credits back most of the fees! Not sure but I think I will be banking here forever. **plus I got my first loan here! ** I borrowed for a car that wasn't worthy of a Car Loan was approved for a personal loan.

I had this ap on my old phonee and loved the access i had on the rd. However i got a new phone and have tried several times to install it and it wont download, and theres plenty of storage. Not sure what the issue could be but not w my phone

very convenient especially since I live in Chatham ma. Having problems a year later with app pictures. Looks like the pic of check is overexposed No problems with phone camera

Mobile check deposit camera angles make absolutely no sense. Having to take a picture 45 times before it accepts it because it doesn't know where the camera on phones are is ridiculous.

Does RFCU NOT want me to pay my auto loan??? I can't "transfer money" to the account the loan is under, from my Citizens Bank account, for reasons unspoken. The $5 savings account i somehow have with RFCU isn't an option for transferring money to the loan account either. And i can't even send money to THAT account because my "transfer limit has been reached" How the hell are pepple giving this app good ratings?!? I WILL NOT get my credit torn to shreds because of RFCU!!!!

RFCU Mobile Banking, just like RFCU, is simply the Greatest!!! So simple, so fast, and, if I ever make an error, Customer Service or The Branch Staff are phenomenal! One night I deposited a Check in the ATM and forgot to endorse it - and I really needed those funds available - and FIRST thing in the Morning, someone at the Branch called my Cell, alerted me to the problem, and I was on my way to take care of it!

Easy and useful . like the memo, helps keep you focused. Being able to move my extra money to savings keeping it safe is good for someone like me who loses her card. And move back when needed.

It's a clean app that doesn't seem to have any issues. I really like it for mobile banking and not having to go to a bank to deposit checks... In 2019

This app is so helpful for Me, it saves so much time and is very user friendly would highly recommend using this app if you like to organize your financials and have easy access banking!

I do not do any banking on line, but I use this app all the time to check balances, and to transfer money. It is so easy, and I do not have to make a trip to the credit union.

This app allows me to manage my money 24 hours a day, with an easy to use interface. I particularly like being able to transfer money to and from savings/checking accounts on the fly as needed.

exactly what it should be, depositing checks is fast and easy, transferring money between my accounts is a breeze, and it's nice to have all your money at your fingertips.

Great App for a GREAT BANK!! No frills, no nonsense, everything runs smooth, just like Rockland Federal Credit Union. Simple and easy.

Not that it needs to be flashy. But it's way too plain. Access to more options needs to be more visible.

Not enough automatic billing options. Bank of America had many more companies with e bill options.

Doesn't work with biometric login like other banking apps, but otherwise easy to use and reliable.

Mobile deposit is great and recently got even easier to use. I appreciate the convenience and ease of this app.

App always works as it should. no issues that I recall since using mobile banking. Convenient when I can't reach a branch in person

Need to modify the picture settings for the back with the endorsement thing cause it's awful.Sometimes it doesn't work.

Too hard to get it to accept image. Says either can't detect corners, or not the same size. Very poor.

Easy to use, simple interface for on the go transactions.

Loved it before the last update, but now mobile deposit doesn't work, so I have to drive to the bank to deposit checks, please fix!
