It looks useful but unfortunately, there's no RGB sensor in the Nexus6 so all it can do is graph lux
But it has some issues and the version installed in my phone expired asking for XDA or Google Play. Please fix it.
Only does the above on my new Gal 5 phone. Also, from the screenshots, it might benefit from transparent or single line graphing, so they won't overlap each other. But need to read the data first.
Developer is uninterested enough for me to give it 2 stars after forty reinstalls. Just release a proper build already, it'll take five minutes. No? I'm not surprised. For now I'll use another meter.
They forgot to add your device needs to have a rgb sensor. Only lux works unfortunately
My phone has only a greyscale light sensor. I was wondering if average colors from the front camera could be used, in combination with the normal light reading, to get a rough estimate of RGB values in the absence of an actual RGB sensor.
If you could a black body color temperature (K) scale, this tool would be amazingly useful for photographers seeking a quick white balance setting. In any case, awesome work tapping the RGB sensor. Noone else out there has done this.
Rgb values not working on Samsung galaxy note 4. Will compare lux values against a light meter soon. Giving 3 stars for now, will adjust if the Rgb values start working
The different RGB levels remain the same as 0. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Can some sort of calibration be added? For ezample my sensor shows blue is always lower for all lights including sun light. More apps on simillar lines, to show other sensors like halleffect etc, are welcome.
Doesn't work with oneplus one. Says no rgb sensor
Sony xperia z 2 has no rgb sensor is there a work around
Dunno why I had to uninstall and reinstall same version to keep using after 'demo had expired'
Says devices do not have RGB sensor. If Samsung S5 or LGV20 do it have RGB sensors, what does? Otherwise reads total lux only. Not useful.
App clearly good, but doesn't work for me - Samsung Galaxy Note 3, just shows one brightness value, not RGB. Specs say it should have RGB.
Colors of the spectrum overlap, but once you realize how it works, it seems to work well.
Does not work on Samsung S6, no RGB sensor! But it is a great idea!
Any updates on this? very good idea but unfortunately I doesn't work for the galaxy S5. I get total lux values but no RGB breakdown :( Will watch this space for updates
Does not work with Elephone P9000.
it's a good app but would like to have the RGB readout working on my Galaxy S5
Please add support for Galaxy Note3. Which is one of the best phone around.
This only seems to work with front camera any way to select rear!
I wish I knew how to code to read from the rgb sensor lol
Lx reads good but does not read color
The color chart doesn't work it tells me how much lumens but nothing on the color chart table Am I doing something wrong ?
This app is very useful.
Wish I could keep it. It expired
Doesn't work on my note 3.
Samsung Galaxy S6 does not show any rgb info with this. All it shows is lux.
I'm not getting the graph. im getting reading for RGB in percentage but not seeing a live spectrum breakdown as a graph . please help me out I need to use this importantly.
