Terrible The App won't connect to the lights. We have tried several times by removing the app and then installing it again. Plus checking connections. It just simply doesn't work.
I have halo lights that are absolutely worthless because this app won't connect to them on my Galaxy S10+. An app that won't work with a hugely popular phone is pretty ridiculous. If I'd have known the app wouldn't work, I'd have gone a different route.
App update from October 2020 fixed the connection issues with galaxy s9. Uninstall and reinstall the app. Disconnect power from lights for one minute and reconnect. It has hundreds of modes to choose from but no music option.
Completely useless app for now completely useless above average price halos. New phone won't connect at all. I have one thing to try and I shouldn't have to do that to connect my phone.
This app needs to be updated. It doesn't work for android users with the most recent os install. Please fix the app to regain use for Android. This has been an issue since February 2020
Won't connect to my phone with this app. Tried everything still can't connect to lights. Now they are useless. Update the app asap.
Was a good app until I upgraded to a S10+ android now doesnt work at all :( Update: Purchased a Samsung s20 Ultra and my headlights STILL won't connect. Worthless.
Until this app gets its update to work with android properly it will get one star. But even worse the companies were buying our headlights from are using this and its been a whole year since its last update .

Halos won't connect with Galaxy S10. App is junk with no updates over 8 months now.

Garbage, that's all I can say. I never write reviews, but in this instance, I have to. My halos won't connect because I changed phones. No update on this app for nearly a year I believe. I can't even change the color of my lights anymore. 400 dollars for a light that doesn't have any support anymore, apparently sometimes you just don't get what you want. Or what you pay for.
