I like this app, but I am wondering why when switching between weeks it does not always start at the top of the page. Often it will be scrolled down to Monday and I have to scroll the screen up to see if I have something scheduled for Saturday. Update: You can no longer copy the address of the work location, each page loads much slower, it no longer shows previous event history, also harder to see which day you are looking at since they are all run together in one list, not seperated by week.

dislike the new "dark" theme, as it is too dark, and I cannot see anything if I am outside, need to be able to choose for ourselves which theme to use. Also, lost the quick reference of week number that was on old layout when display was for a week at a time. It is helpful to see the days that are not scheduled to quickly identify time off, instead of just seeing a never-ending string of events. VERY LAGGY AND SLOW SINCE UPDATE!

I really am enjoying the dark background. However, I wish it could be changed back to show just the current week's events, instead of having to scroll through other older events. I think swiping between the weeks was much simpler and cleaner. An option to import events to your phone's calendar would also be a great option, too. Also, you can no longer look ahead into your schedule to request time off. Please change it so that it more closely resembles the app prior to the update.

The app is pretty good. It's dependency on network connectivity is still an issue, though. There needs to be a cache function to allow for offline access. Event travel and 902 time logging in the app is nice but when is expense reimbursement going to be added? I, along with others, have a pile of parking and out-of-pocket expenditure receipts that can't be turned in anymore to non-existent, or, more often than not, vacant, offices.

I and many others do not like the new set up. The color is terrible and very hard to see. The app takes forever to load and it is not my phone, I have asked many others. There is no info about the stores, $ or pieces, which many of us used to check to roughly guess what we are going into. Having to confirm each event is a waste of time. Sorry but, in my opinion, the new app really is worse than the original

Loads very slowly and is quite buggy. It went down today (5/24/21). Should make it easier to change availability. I'd also say more advanced notification options and the ability to let you change your phone number since that's where people primarily get it from. Also, several of my coworkers have experienced a bug where if they do not confirm a week, it will erase the unconfirmed week but they will still be scheduled.

I dont mind the new dark color scheme but the layout is not exactly user friendly. I preferred being able to just click and have my next week in a separate page. moving the request button to a whole other page isn't very intuitive. having to scroll down isn't very helpful. it's too easy to lose track of what day you're looking at.

For being a work app, it does it's job. It's easy to use and the developers respond to suggestions and bugs. The lag time can be frustrating but it's not crazy long. About as long as it takes to take a deep breath. Update: Previous 1 star rating was my husband's review who gets frustrated with a lot of updates and the lag time.

UPDATE 6/7/19 - The app no longer freezes when I toggle btw it and my Google calendar. It still lags a bit, but always comes back. Great job on the update. ---------------------------- This new update keeps freezing on me. When I have my Google calendar app open, and I toggle btw RC & my calendar, RConnect always freezes. I have to close & reopen it. Sometimes the schedule won't even load. I'm glad I can update my availability again. Can we please have screen color options, I don't like black.

app keeps closing, never updated. notifications always late and even if the app does open it doesnt load your info half the time. never able to see meet times, locations, who's working. sometimes you really need to see whose working in case you need to bring your crystals! need to go back to the old way and just email schedules this is worst than the machine issues! I'm sick of it! also how can I see previous work history from longer than a few weeks?

Not bad, but one big problem. The "meet site notes" is missing in the app. They are there on the web site. The black background is a mixed blessing. Might save the battery but a white background is easier to read. One more thing. Please also display both sales floor and back room start times.

Update to my review: I didn't think it was possible, but this app has actually gotten worse! I'm honestly a little impressed. Lag time loading pages just keeps increasing, sometimes forcing you to restart it multiple times before it will display vital pages like the schedule. Some pages never load at all, resulting in infinite loading or error. Both the notifications page in the app and actual notifications you get from the app do not work at all anymore in a nice bit of synchronized failure.

We need an offline version for when we are traveling out of normal cell network areas. Going out to small rural towns does not always allow us to access Event Travel to 'End Leg' or 'Start New Leg', or to look up vehicle number. It also doesn't always allow us to access store address or phone number, or supervisor number, if we are out of network driving to these rural areas. Also, extremely slow page load times for any function of the app.

Very faulty (glitches) and slow to open and navigate. Doesn't provide alerts for chat messages that are needed for vanpool cancellations/communications. Constant new versions that won't install. Had to uninstall and reinstall with each new version. Won't allow users to confirm each event seperately (have to confirm the entire week though you may need to cancel certain days). Won't show details from old schedules and hours.

if a person indicates that they are unavailable on a day in the future and things change, you cannot change your status back to available for that time frame. at least i cannot figure out how. please fix this. *edit* still looking for a way to reverse day off requests if things change. also occasionally getting some events doubled, meaning they appear twice on the same day with the same info.

It's hit or miss. Some days you can't even log in, now whenever you try to see your aph for a store you get an error message. When your schedule changes and they send you an email to alert you to the change, it should have the change in the email bc if you can't access the app knowing it changed and not knowing what it changed to doen't help.

I like working the graveyard shift and want to get as many hours as I can... I like the open shift selection on the app but it would be nice if it had the option of an alarm notification when an open shift becomes available cause I'm usually sleeping when they become available and there's limited time to respond and accept the shift... An alarm would wake me and I wouldn't miss out. Please consider this option.

This is ridiculous, I can't get into rconnect because of the update. It isn't loading, just keeps going round & round. So I can't look up addresses or see how many ppl are in the stores, can't see how much product is in the store. I should be able to get into rconnect even though I don't have the latest version. This is just so inconvenient, I think you need to find a better way to do updates.

I do not like this update. Dark background makes it very difficult to read. Is not user friendly at all. Basic information is spread across app, have to tap too many times. Hoping I can have schedule emailed to me separately. Do not want to use this app. Also, I requested off and now can't see if they are still approved.

update ruined the app, the previous GUI was alot more user freindly than the current one. The current dark "theme" looks like somebody coded it in less than a day to meet a deadline. Which is a bit upsetting because there were some improvements to the app but downfalls. The schedual GUI looks gross and rushed. The color scheme is fine, but the schedual page looks like a mess.

As new hire, but having experienced my son's former schedule format, very helpful to scroll through and be able to PRINT out a copy (old version) .... and now, I Don't even know if it will print the whole schedule, or only a wk per page, or even only one day per page. It's a waste of paper if full schedule isn't available in a paper saving format. Otherwise, I'll reserve my right to comment further once I actually see the new version...later!!

Im just wondering if the PC version will be updated to reflect the phone app version, unlike others I dont depend on just my phone for information, I prefer looking at and confirming my schedule on my laptop versus my phone generally because of size of the screen and the fact that the phone app eats my battery pretty fast, it would be nice to have uniformity (profile edits, schedule edits, preferences, requesting and seeing those time off requests)

I downloaded the new app and so far it looks great however the inability to see ahead to see if you've already asked for day/days or if the days you've requested off are pending or approved is a great loss to me. I hope you decide to bring back this feature or ability even if it's listed in a new way or on the request time off . (also sent email saying same)

There needs to be an option to pickup passengers on leg 2. BC we had a multi store run from Orange Beach, AL to Thomasville, AL, but we had to return to Mobile to pickup someone scheduled for our second store. If we return to the meet site, we would've been forced to submit the travel log and start another. And in that instance, the riders from the first store to the second store wouldn't get paid for the first hour going to the second event in their multi store run. And that's not right.

As a manager I liked the old app to where you could see who is the driver and other districts if you had a split for an event. The rschedule app has good potential but not letting me see who the driver is and what time the meet site time is for the mobile view does not help. As well not seeing the other districts on mobile view. The rschedule app 9/10 times does not load the first try on mobile view through both my work and personal phone. I like the style and look of the app.

I'd like to see a simplified version without the advanced options that family can log onto so they can see my shedule. Back in the pdf days we could put a schedule printout on the fridge. Please please please put addresses back on the first page! This is highly inconvenient as it currently stands. I would suggest accually consulting someone who has to use this app before modifying it, rather than just adding, willy-nilly, whatever is the cool mod of the day in the programmer world.

app is definitely getting back to how it once was. very happy to see previous store info. and the actual aph on there. only thing I would really like to see changed is not having your schedule divided into weeks and putting it back how it was one large sheet that you scroll through. otherwise it's a great job by the IT people that put this together.

old app was better and easier to use and read. Now you are forced to update app or your unable to use it because the in app notification covers screen and no way to get rid of it without installing the update. Would be nice if there was a history for jobs so you could see your actual aph that you hit in stores. This would make it much easier for you to track your progress and know if you are actually hitting your numbers.

"If it ain't broke, DON'T fix it" I was very pleased with the old version. Store addresses right on the banner, didn't have to click the store and wait for a separate page to load. I work another Job and it was very convenient for myself to see weeks ahead of time to work around my schedule, now this can't be done as efficiently. I could careless about the theme of the app as long as we as the employee have an app that is easy for US to use. Please go back to the former version.

Needs push notification when someone writes in the chat. Would like for event travel and non inventory time to be uploaded when sent not downloaded if that makes sense. If you have bad or no cell reception or wifi can not utilize any of those tools. Getting better with every update. Still feel that event procedures and the ability to view paycheck should be on the app as well
