I can't download the rhapsody on the app and I am subscribed, but it keeps telling me to upgrade and when I try it tells me I am subscribed,the money is taken monthly automatically from my account pls fix this I can't really do anything with this app, I have done everything possible.. Pls fix thanks
I have paid for a subscription twice this year (300 each) and my account remained as it was. Not fair or cool at all. 300 is small, but it counts for a month...even counts for a hardcopy of rhapsody.

I bought a book using credit card in the app but have not had the book added to library even when I sent a support ticket and follow up email to developer several days ago
The new ROR app is beautiful. Thank you. A few observations: Navigation within the reader is not satisfactory. Once you click on a bible verse you can't go back to the article on your reader. No bottoms or arrows or icon to do that. Then settings icon within the reader for font, night mode or day mode etc does not show when on night mode. To return to day mode do I have to log out of my app? What about the combo & Audio versions of ROR My past purchases are not available!!
Can not open it this morning despite few attempts.... even I have paid the 1 year premium already Please help... opens only for a few seconds then stops
I have loved and used this app since inception. However, recently, the experience has not been pleasant one. I haven't been able to subscribe successfully. I make the payment, and get the message that my premium subscription is already activated, but the home still displays the "subscribe " window. Since the recent upgrades, I have not been able to use the subscription either on my android or ios. I have several other colleagues with same issue. Kindly help look into to as we Love our App..
Hi there, I’m not really sure what’s going on here, and this is not an attempt to give a bad review. Firstly I’m wondering what the problem is? If the desire is to establish an App, the ROR, which is a good thing to desire and establish, then I wonder why this sort of service that isn’t up to speed is being offered here. So so many issues I have had. Being a rhapsody addict, I have to access this app literally everyday for the daily articles. Now it’s either the app is not allowing me to Log in as I experienced some months back, or when I eventually had to create a new account by changing my email address, it wouldn’t allow me to subscribe, or make a payment as every time I clicked on the subscribe button the App immediately closes, and then I have to open it again and again and again, and it still doesn’t work. When it did eventually work after a month, as I tried again randomly, now even with the particular months audio in the App which is my go to really, Problems abound again. For the last one hour every time I open the days audio, and click on, “play”, the whole app just closes. I have been trying for one full hour the same things keeps happening. I had to seek to locate this page to write this review so someone out there who is in charge can do something about this. My Big question? What is the problem here? You guys should Sort this stuffs out. It’s a real test of patience to use this app all together. And I know it is not a reflection of what is contained in the word therein. So someone needs to fix these issue once and for all and stop making it such a hassle to get what the app is Actually designed for.

I've a premium subscription which I paid through Google. My subscription expires 20 August 2021, but I've been receiving notifications of subscription expired. Now I can't open the reader again. The whole app just freezes. I've written many emails, but nobody bothers to react. What's happening?
I once reviewed great app for this app, but the experience lately has been really terrible. Downloaded books do not open unless phone is connected to the internet. So frustrating. I have sent you a mail on the address provided. I have reinstalled again and again. Same problem. Pls fix.
The App has been perfect! However, since the new update, I accessed my the App on my phone only to find that I was required to log in. I logged in and nothing was the same. No profile picture and my annual subscription is missing. The App instead is requesting me to subscribe again. Please, how do I correct this? I already subscribed early this year. Thanks!

This is app is quite helpful for those who desire to grow big in the knowledge of the word of God which makes great Faith and hence you will have a wide range to tap on the things that God has made available for us. The more you know Him the more the ability of overcoming challenges and circumstances. But you still need to improve this as when I'm reading from the Book, there is no reading view style, it is just swiping from left to right or right to left of which some of the words are skipp
It's great but I paid for a year's subscription, but at the beginning of every new month, when I click subscribe to get the new month, it takes day before I can download to my library, like for the month of march it would not allow me download even though my subscription is valid for a full year. It shouldn't be so difficult and tasking. It should automatically be in my library each new month since it's been paid for
The app is good since I can access the daily devotion. However, the mode of payment to access the premium did exclude me from the complete rhapsody. I think other payment such as mobile money transfer has to be introduced. In view of this, I m not really enjoying the use of the app.
UPDATE 19.05.2022: I have sent an email to you for 3 days now and therre is no response. ORIGINAL: Debited for 3 months premium, and it's not activated. Kindly act with some excellence. This is not the vision of the Man of God.
Great experience Everytime. Beautiful and colorful app, has all you need for a quiet time of meditation. I love the reminders. My every day fellowship with rhapsody is truly of Perfection at work always. It's a whole system on it's own, the apps of all the different arms of Rhapsody are found on the app. The book shop is also on the app. It's truly a one stop shopping. Glory to God. Amen!
Excellence. Thank you so much for fixing the bug I was getting whenever I tried to upgrade to premium subscription with a South African card. Is it possible to please fix another bug so it allows me make a yearly subscription? It's only allowing me to do the monthly subscription even when I click on yearly subscription. Thank you ❤️
Downloaded this app 5mins ago great easy to navigate looks really nice and looks like it's being maintained resetting my password that new way to do it was fantastic simple really user friendly and alot more content. not given it a full 5 only because I haven't used all the widgets yet and just downloaded a but not read it to see if all's good so far though very impressed.
Update Issue has been fixed. Thank you! I paid for a 3 months subscription, yet I can't access Rhapsody on the app. I have emailed and called their support number several times, but no one has gotten back to me. This is really upsetting.
The app keeps prompting for an update but there's no way to do so. Once you click update the only options you get are Uninstall or Open. Secondly there's no way of paying for the subscription. When I enter my card information and submit nothing happens.
I read the DEVOTIONAL everyday, it help build my faith...the app is so sweet to use...i love it. To the devoloper....you 're exceptionally exceptional. 😍😍 Am on premium, after the last update, I can no longer access the downlaoded DEVOTIONAL as the app keeps crashing anytime i clicked on it. Yeah! Thank you, the app is now working fine.
I have been trying to login unsuccessfully. When l enter my password it tells me that it is incorrect. When l reset my password it tells me there is an ERROR. When l try to SIGN UP again it tell me that my email address has already been registered. Can you sort out this issue for me please so l can finally enjoy using the app. Many thanks in advance. PS. This really made my reading of Rhapsody great. After update I noticed I couldn't assess my September ROR, after uninstalling and reinstalling, can't login, tried resetting the password, but no mail is coming to get it done. Would appreciate if this can be fixed
I have made payment twice now for 1 month and 3 months subscription. Both times i was debited from my account but ROR app claims not to have recieved payment. It's quite disappointing. Please rectify the challenge. Thank you.
