This is one of the most user friendly online banking apps that I have ever used. Everything runs swiftly. The interface is minimalist and easy to understand. Hastle free. After adding my bills to my favorite list, the payment can be done in just a few seconds. And I tend to frequently saving my money in my ASNB account because using the app is so easy.
My go-to mobile banking app. Everything runs smoothly as intended on my devices. UI & design are intuitive & user friendly, not to mention the good choice of colors! Seamlessly, I can have a view of the summary, transactional details, clear all outstanding payments & even invest in ASNB! The favorite list and the QR pay function makes the money transfer hustle free. Of course, really appreciate the seasonal greetings effort (e.g. Raya Greetings) in the login page!
The app is very user friendly. I do not face any problem so far. Even my older relatives can navigate the app easily as compared to the other banking app - that has too many buttons they said. Things are kept simple in this app but it has all the features it needs as a banking app. Thumbs up! Will definitely recommend it to others.
RHB, do you know your app keeps showing got "slight issues". Poor service. Please improve the stability of the app. Also, it cannot do online transaction, if we can access it successfully as the 1st place!! Recently read many positive reviews, but it is exactly the same "slight issues" that i faced 1 year ago, as per above review. Cannot transfer, so i am doubt on the positive reviews.
Color used is soothing to the eyes - give a pleasant and clean look n feel. App is easy to use with simple navigation. Like the quick links feature - speed up payments that need to make frequently quickly. There are times when there is rearrangement of submenu, there was no advance notice or "what's new" / "what's changed?" n users have to navigate to all menu to look for it. Password - currently it cannot take symbol. Suggest to allow symbols combinations.
I have been using this Apps for two years straight, and sadly it is only to view my account balance. NEVER once during that two year period I had a successful 3rd party transfer with this apps, I had to do that manually via the web browser. Sometimes I can't even check my account balance. When people said this Apps is the worst banking Apps in Malaysia, I couldn't agree more.
A little buggy (when entering the app, it just says oops without telling what error/ permissions not granted. How user know what to troubleshoot?). I cannot use gesture on huawei OS to go back within the app. When I swipe from edge of screen to the center ('go back' gesture), it prompts me to exit the app. I had to tap the back arrow key on the app to return to previous screen/menu which is slightly inconvenient for a gesture user. UI is nice and modern.
A simple, yet decent and interactive platform that facilitate my banking needs. Just nice, easy to navigate and I love the quick link features. I have several other banking accounts with different banks but I would prefer RHB mobile banking app. An area to improve is to allow account statements for qard-i saving accounts which is not available for viewing. The rest of the app features are just excellent.
I was apprehensive at first after reading lots of negative reviews but.. apparently, to me the app has performed satisfactorily as it should. Perhaps being patient and giving it time to try again later is all it needs. For me, QR Pay is definitely a good move. I love it personally and very useful for those intend to start small businesses. I use it like my wallet and my friends are all thrilled at the options to be able to transfer money conveniently. Keep up and good work to the RHB tech team.
The new app is definitely better compare to the previous version. The apps is user-friendly, use simple understandable interface and easier to use. I wish to see if you can provide a summary of my spending habits for the past month in the next version. Good work RHB!
one of the thing dislike the new website, when i click the transactions, cannot even print! and download the transactions history, not like previous RHB website, previous website very convenient. And everytime i make new transaction, i didn't receive Push Notification, have to wait the timesout then choose Request OTP. Please fix the bugss!
This online rhb app is very convenient and saves time. for me this app provides a facility that most other bank apps do not have. for example transferring money directly into an ASB account. rhb apps very easy to open with just the touch of a finger and easy to make payments or money transfers. Rhb apps security the best 👍 because have a otp to secure for new transaction.👍👍👍👍👍
Love FD placement on the app the most but also really enjoy festive receipt templates and the ability to choose normal or festive receipt to be sent. Overall the app is easy to use, clean and comfortable on the eyes, font size is big enough to read yay!
This app is convenient and secure as you can log in safely with your fingerprint or pin number. Furthermore, it allows me to transfer fund much easier and faster. I can also personalise it with my photo. It also provides multi-payment mode (e.g Duit Now, Jompay, FPX). This is really an awesome app. I love it!
Seamless online experience! Everything could be found just with a fingertip. It took quite a time to familiarize self with the app but loved how the authorization process goes when you perform online transfer via pc. Lesser otp means faster banking process and I really loved it because Im always on the go. There are few rooms for improvement but hey, nothing is perfect in this world right? So good job. Keep it up RHB!
Friendly and easy to navigate. Receive many interesting push notifications on the latest offers. Just a suggestion to make the notification clickable so that we can access to the offers directly.
My first choice and favourite mobile banking app. Easy, fast and user friendly. Really useful for balance checking and quick transfer. The new design looks great and it responses faster than before, added in alot of new features. Eg: unit trust column, open account online, RHB rewards and etc. Thumbs up👍
Inability to make transfers, payments, or even sync the secure. Called your customer service already said nothing is wrong, delete the app reinstall the app, maintenance km my account whatever not... Still doesn't work... Fix your app please. Such a hassle to have to use a web browser to do it instead. That's why I'm transferring my money out to other banks because it's easier to use their app than yours which is so unreliable.
Terrible terrible online banking app! It is confusing to use and makes it so hard to do fund transfers. It is frustrating!! The authorisation system is totally unusable and not synchronised well. If you are considering to bank with RHB, pls think twice.
This app has gone from bad to worst. I have been using this app for a long time. Ever since the newer version of this app is made available it has reacted rather badly. It either hanged everytime for a long time or telling us to try again and try again in a loop. It was indeed handy and easy to use before but not with this newer version.
The perfect one-stop centre for all RHB Banking users. Processes have been well thought through allowing for seamless banking experiences. Love that the user interface looks GREAT ans is extremelt user-friendly which is rare amongst other banking apps. And to top it off, it's perfctly integrated with the various banking services!
It was a good experience to me. The apps is functioning fast & efficiently. Most of the function can be using the apps. All the time I've been using the apps unlike some of the other banks that still required to login online banking via the webpage. 5 ⭐ for it.
Seamless and fast. The app is very easy and user friendly. I am able to do any transaction in a short time. It also suggests any promotion I can get via this app. I'm loving the new interface of the app. Kudos to the team!!!
Terrible app. I can't make online payments. To make matters worse, it's very difficult to get support from rhb advisers, who tend to be very rude. As requested in the response from RHB: The kinds of issues I have faced include: 1. Regular periods of time when online banking is unavailable due to 'maintenance'. 2. Recently the 'online payments' were altered. This meant all my favourite payees were lost. 3. When I call up RHB customer service, every time the line disconnects after waiting 5 mins.
Hands down the easiest, most convenient and intuitive mobile banking app in Malaysia. UI is very user friendly, modern and smooth. What it lacks is the exclusive availability of customer support via digital means especially in-app chat. It can be completely digital, but being digital also means being instant, effective and efficient which the app is almost there.
