Mobile phone vs Tablet Working well in mobile phone (Note 9) but not functioning on tablet (Galaxy S7). New update 10/3/2022:- Error "This app is not supported on emulator" Happened on Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+. Unable to open the app.
Problematic system, always coming out with errors. GTS option was also stopped which caused huge inconvenience to the user's where our orders are being placed at the end after each day when the order was not done. I don't see the Moto of Convenience, control Nd reward here. Disappointed.
After all shares splits and bonuses, basically the average purchase price is no longer correct. This is really annoying because the P/L is showing you lose money but actually you are not. I do not think this feature is hard to be corrected or no one actually realizes it.
Previously I was able to use this app to check on stocks etc. However, since last week I noticed that everytime I tried to open, an error appeared, it states cant open due to "emulator". What the hell is an "Emulator", and why does RHB create an app that simply restrict certain mobile from using just because if "Emulator" issue ? Pretty silly if you ask me. Is there any other RHB trade smart app version that allows everyone to use its platform ?
There are so many bugs in the app. I made an order but it did not appear in the order status list. After that I noticed later that its already in my portfolio. This screw up my investment.
i'm happy with the stock exchange information we can get from this app but sometimes the delayed information can be confuse and we may make wrong judgement/decision on our investment ... there are plenty of room for improvement for this app if your team can think out of the box, thank u RHBIB for all your good efford to help us / investors.
Used to work flawlessly on my s7 edge. Recently changed my daily device to s10 lite and the apps not working properly right now. Always getting error "could not process your request. Please try again later".
Cannot log in. It's been many many months! What a useless app!! I called IT and they claim it's my phone. They should try reading the reviews here. I'm not the only one who cannot log in and getting error messages. Zero stars to this app developer. Embarrassing!!!
System always got problems. More than a month system didn't allow to choose GTD. Every morning I had to queue back price I want to sell or buy. System only allows to queue just for a day then the next day need to queue back. It also happened When I order to sell, system reject my order with no reason. IT said system problem. By right i should profit thousands Ringgit on that day. While waiting IT to resolve the problem price kept dropping after that and made me lost just because of nnsense sys.
1.This app often quits working by itself and shows "no data found". I have to exit and login again to resume. 2. The menu button should be placed at right top corner for convenience.
The overall use is good. There is still some improvement on UI. The Data arrangement should be more flexible.
The calculator is not stable
Not user friendly. Missed out key application like trading record, technical trend chart, ect. Oversea market trading worst, slow transaction and summary update. Do improve the system
If able to rate 0 star it will be better. Unable to login this apps and this suppose to provide investor and trader convenience but this apps unable to login which also means unable to trade as well. If there is any losses during this period the losses bear by the bank?
worst & keep become more worst!! to all the traders out there.. dont expect u can trade when peak time. u will cant even log in to ur account.! when u call to their hotline. they will just reply. alrite we will look into it. didnt even appologies as it seem nothing important! i have switch all my fund to other platform. worst experiwnce w them.
Always not able to log in.. this is a real time investment apps.. the customer shouldn't face this issue as minutes and second is very important.. truly disappointed
Technical chart should show real time pricing, not yesterday. Can't find open order. UI need improvement.
It's was running OK on my new phone samsung a02s until am update on Oct4 2021. then this happened when i try to log in.. this msg is displayed.. "Error This app is not supported on emulator" Why?
Day 4- still unable to open the app after the update. Message : the app cant be openned on emulator support! Its so frustrating
One of the worst platforms I have ever seen. Its an absolute joke filled with tons of bugs and errors on top of bugs. If anyone is interested in trading on KLSE. Get a m+ account or Rakuten stay far away from RHB.
Really terrible apps, slow loading, and always loading..error happens very frequent. Please fix it

Better upgrade your server.. Slow loading in my phone, internet and other app works just fine..Unable to make a swift decision with this slow app. Please settle it asap
This apps is good except its GTD function was disable since a month ago. Couldn't understand why RHB dies not want to fix it or will disable it forever.

Please provide limit order please...its been a while and i feel insecure without it...i dont want to buy it full then it bought lesser and i have to pay the charge more...please consider...
Terrible app, always having slow loading problem, ppl losing money or missed opportunity due to ur delay. Better shift my fund to others.
Please dun use this app! Keep loading n loading when one click in any of the button.. Log in also lag.. System Slow than turtle crawling.. U use it u will regret pissed off
Very frustrating. Cannot run using my Samsung tablet. Error message cannot run on emulator. This error has been around for a few months without any solution by rhb.
