Can never login, always showing different secret word or saying my password is incorrect.. constantly having to change password everytime I try to login cause of that. Have been switching between the two apps but none of them work. Please do something!! 😡😡

Hello just formated my phone because of the issue of the phone. After then redownloaded then sign in with the same username but still cannot. I m really sure that is the username but the thing is cannot log in..... So the one success enter then congrats but after you deleted(maybe)or formated phone then hard to goes in.

Just got off the phone with customer service. Turns out you can only make transcations above 10k using the new mobile banking app. Payments above 10k made on desktop that require the secure plus function on rhbnow has been disabled WITHOUT any announcements to users. Even the new mobile banking app can be unstable at most times. Please buck up RHB dev team.

Lols.... This apps is pretty much useless. Try to log in to my account it kept giving me a wrong secret word OVER AND OVER AGAIN! It doesn't even bother to change after I click 'NO'. I wish I could give a half star for this junk.

i could not use this app. always return to phone main menu whenever i tried to click any icon from this app. I need to transfer money, but i need to have secure plus confirmation. is there any other way to make the transaction without secure plus? please advice.

Before this i use rhbnow.. really good and easy to use.. making transfer and bill payments also easy. Rhbnowkh really dissapointed.. entered my username and after login so many times still showing different securityword.. 👎👎 The other rhbnow mobile banking is also poor service.. fav accts not updated and really slow login.. Pls fix it or return back the old rhb now..

Transfer fund having problem so i have reinstall this app. When i log in, the secret word pop up is not mine?! Tried many times, please solve the problem asap. I saw another user comment this problem too.

i unstalled rhb now to installed rhb now kh but guess what ?it is the worse app i have ever come across.i have never for once enjoy this rhb internet banking.no space for registration on rhbnow kh and as soon as i clicked on its option,wrong secret word popped out.Rhb should step up their tech.its very stressful to perform common internet transaction,too poor and bad.

So poor. Never had this kind of experience with other online banking apps. It keeps giving the wrong secret word. What the heck. How many times an ID can be use repeatedly?? Installed rhbonline banking i get 1 wrong secret word. Installed rhbnow i get another wrong secret word. Just what the heck.

Wrong secret word. Useless, waste of time. How does a major bank screw up this way? So unreliable in simple app!! Changing bank for sure. They can keep those who are more accepting of screw ups 😂

Stupid app ever. How can we trust if it safe to online banking with u if you dont even have good app???? I try to log in. My username is correct, yet the secret word keep appearing wrong. How can this happens??? Do you even know how to make an app??????

Please fix whatever bugs in the app. Kept giving me the wrong secret word & i can't sign in without the proper secret word. Banks with such reputable name should have a better app/website. It's frustrating.

.Severe secret word applications are always changing every time you login. We hope the bank can resolve this issue for the benefit of the customer to make any banking transaction.

This app used to be very convenient. But reinstalled and trying to log in, it's giving me wrong secret word. Can someone fix this??

Can I give less than one star? Totally useless app. The previous version was way better than this. Everytime I tried to log in, it shows wrong secret word....

Painful, unhelpful, problematic banking experience. Can't even log in because secure word is never right. Congratulations RHB for this useless app. You deserve an award.

worthless app ever made.no purpose.i dont even know why rhb launch this crappier app.rhb now and rhb mobile banking is crappy enough and now this KH literally useless.i would suggest rhb to hire people who know these kind of stuff.take example from cimb mobile app.its very convenient. the only thing your app can do is let me check the balance.i cant do anything else like just delete other option if its just there for decoration.its useless.just make one app n name it check balance only

this app is no use at all..!! even recently updated,still cannot function properly...cant log in even using my own id and password...rubbish!!

WORST BANKING APP EVER! downloaded and deleted several times but still can't detect my secret word. IT DEPT DO IMPROVE THIS PROBLEM ASAP NO EXCUSES!

Very bad online mobile banking apps. My ID not link with my online banking. Even correct ID when log in to online banking but incorrect ID when use mobile online banking.

No matter how many times i try, always failed to login because it appear wrong secret word even i already change it on the website fix this problem please RHB

I can't access to my account when I change to a new phone. Can never get the correct words, it's always wrong.

After uninstall rhbnow. Reinstall with KH version. Wrong secret word. RHB IT team, pla verify is it the right apps....

Useless AF! Always generate the wrong secret word. RHB now was so much better. You should sack your app developer. Gonna withdraw all my funds from you all today. What's the use of depositing money but can't use the apps to execute any transaction?
