APP UNDER CONSTRUCTION -- The App just seems like it is a long way from being completed. the developer should just shut it down and finish the job. even if they have to cycle people out every few days for 6 months to a year. Whatever it takes to get the job done. that way, it will be a high-quality app.
I'm so happy that I finally change the AC unit outside and inside is up-to-date and I can keep up with it I can change the filter the rim app was there for the old unit
After talking with Rheem app was fixed and working. Class instructor was not informed properly on how to login.
App constantly crashes. Needs work.
App. will not open on Samsung tablet. It will open on Samsung phone .
The app works very well Flawless as far as I'm concerned.
I got this app because Rheem's Econet app instructed me to set up an account with this app so I can connect my Alexa. It asks if you are a contractor then forces you to choose a distributor and contractor over 100 miles away. I bought this at Home Depot and installed it myself. This is awful. Got an email that Rheem will consider setting up an account. I am considering returning this to Home Depot and shopping elsewhere.
Great if you love crashes! And nothing else
So working for a hvac company and the owner being a rheem dealer the rheem sales rep reccomened using this app with the rep booster well my boss sent me in invite filled out the account info and for the past month cant login or get anyone from rheem to help they just give me the obvious questions and when they cant see whats wrong pass me.around

This app works great! Just make sure you contact our Inside Plumber Support team and setup a MyRheem account first and then you can use the app.
This app is completely unusable. Obtaining a password from the company completely impossible. As a diamond dealer you would think they would be mindful to us, they are not. They are unreachable & unresponsive !!
Forced to use this app instead of just indicating what model you have....and it doesn't even work. Very useful Rheem. I certainly hope your products are better than this trash.
Just about as reliable as their coils. Try to check on a warranty to see if a coil is under warranty still because it's leaking (they usually are) and it just sits there loading. Every time. And it's be nice to save our login so I don't have to every time I open the app.

Poorly designed for the consumer
Won't go to login screen on two different tablets that I have, but does on my phone. But can't rotate the screen or enlarge it on the phone. App is pretty well useless.
