Rhino Fleet

New version not up to expectations and in general far less useful. You are NOT listening to your customers and that is never a good thing. Key functionality as timestamped route marks is gone, others seem hard to find, app is slow and buggy. This is 80's programming.

New update still has some bugs. Seems like previous version was more useful. I liked being able to see what time they were at specific points on the road. I'm not sure how to do that now, or if you can. Right now the time line shows that my first driver left this morning and arrived at his first stop at 1:00 tomorrow. Not really sure how that works.

I'm a paying customer and I'm shocked how it has been downgraded in its features to such a low quality map and icons. Be warned, the app is still on beta version and it is not working.

new version is much slower than old, event markers between start and stop are not showing up, timeline hangs most of time and will not load

The old version was a lot better. I'm almost to the point of changing providers. I have 6 devices and have been with Rhino since 2017. It just seems to be getting worse.

This new update is terrible. Bugs. can't change to say view can't see history on map etc

Great logo reminds me of the footwear and clothing Top Notch . Save the endangered species of animals and mammals .

Needs to have the same options as the desktop. Because not everyone has access to a desktop.

Great product and customer service. CJ is the best rep to speak with on the lhone. With this product, and his help, we were able to catch an employee who has been abusing the rules for YEARS. He is WONDERFUL!

Unable to click into the search bar from Android phone.

the new update does not work. please let me install old app or fix asap

The update to the app is not good. Go back to the other format . No longer worth paying for.

not really good as the old app I rather have the old back. this is useless not much of a upgrade

fix it, return old app or cancel. New app is a POS!

The new update is horrible!!!

This is is wonderful. I can see my fleet data quickly and cleanly. I have the ability to see my driver's complete day and even look into their history. Great Job!!!!!

Very accurate and friendly user. Great price and great customer service support. I'm so glad I decided to use Rhino for my business.

Completely inoperable. Login button doesn't work. Quitting app and opening again shows world map and blank pull up menu. No app icon. Just Android system icon.
