Ria Money Transfer – Send Money Online Anywhere

Complete waste of time. No callback from the support team after 2 cancellations of transfers which were accepted at the beginning. And don't think it will be right with you because you do the things right. I did everything right. But their backend services are just completely unreliable. If you manage to get your transfer processed, then the amount of time to spend trying to connect to their app is just insane. And finally at post office they ask for a physical ID for any cash pick-up.

Uploading and setting up the app was easy on my end. However, receiving money through the app onto the bank card seems impossible. For the second day, the person I sent money to is trying to access the status of the transfer and only seeing the message about too many people using the service and being asked to try later. Unacceptable. I won't use it again and won't recommend it.

I love this app and recommend it to everyone. The service is great,quick and fast plus less hassle than the other money transfer apps I've used in the past. I've been using this app for over 4 years now and I'm a happy and satisfied customer. They charge way less to send money to various countries than the rest of money transfer apps too. I hope you guys stay this way and never switch up or else u will lose customer the same way the rest of money transfer apps did.

I prefer using Ria Money Transfer the most compared to the two Money transfer app that I have. But unfortunately recently I have encountered problems in connecting it online. While the other two Apps for money transfer working very well. And secondly, to ask for a code for verification, email option should be added aside from text or call because most of the time we are at SEA. We are Seamen or Seafarers. Thank you very much

Terrible! I did all the steps to get my account verified and send money, but i never got the transfer, when i try to log back in it tells me that neither my phone number or email are valid, i try doing a new account and it says that it already exists.. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Started off well and was able to send 2 transactions. But now it just "something went wrong" right at the end of processing. Clearing cache and data hasn't helped. Same experience when you log in to the web site.

The app in itself does what is intended, you can send money successfully and at a reasonable price. However, it is the absolute worst for pop up videos. Each time I use my phone the video ads pop up demanding that I open the app, even when I have no use for it at the moment. As much as I love the service, I will have to delete this app and find something else. I wish I could give the app o stars, yet the service deserves 10 stars.

Worst app and website ever seen. App is not acceting card when i tried to put in it is showing an error that payment method already exists. But i can't find this payment method anywhere in ccard to accept. Tried website after putting email and password it just went blank without any trace. Like just picth black. Not recommending anyone.

Having read so many positive reviews, I was disappointed with my own experience with this app. I was unable to register for an account using either the app or Ria's website. According to their support, it is because I am using a VPN. This is nonsensical, as a VPN gives you greater security when carrying out financial transactions. Edit - Although I have emailed with more details as requested, I still have not had an answer as to why a VPN is not permitted to be used.

I really don't understand. 1. Why i can't login to the app with same email phone number i provided to the agent. 2. I created another account with the same information but there is problem to verify the ID. 3. Why i have to add recipient bank account every time and the visa card. totally wasting of time. 🖕

I am/was a new user. Very disappointed. The interface/overall vibe is friendly, and the fees are not too bad. However, the options for destination city within Maryland didn't include Baltimore, so I couldn't enter the correct city. Not surprisingly, they rejected the tranfer. Their email communication was OK, though it's not clear from the app or email whether my account is permanently locked for online transfers. Anyway, at the least, it appears the app needs to improve its U.S. city database.

I thank God for Ria money transfer making it so easy and convenient for me. I have been on top of sending money since my encounter with this app. Their customer service is excellent and transactions are done professionally with care and deligent service delivery mechanism. I trust their products and processes. Hopefully they maintain.

Today is the first time of using ria money transfer and things are not going good with me. What I have seen so far is that, this app doesn't favour ordinary people like me in Europe. I always send money to Africa using just my ING Bank account details. But with Ria is just not possible because they demand for " Pas number or Scan system" instead of simple" iDeal or account number"

I been using ria before the application, the service is great. However the ria aplicación made my transaction so much easier and convenient. The customer service is very helpful. They answered all my questions. Even if I had a problem they solved.

For sure cheaper alternative then ground office. No problems with money returns, no problem with transfer on time,so far no problems at all. Definitely recommend this app.

Can't do the authentication. Neither second time after I called the customer service. I don't have time to spend with this trash app. Shame on you! App -10, the lady from customer service +10, so this is it. A big ZERO! You should hire somebody who is involved in programming.

Good service! I just give 4 star bcoz when updating the apps it gives me trouble transferring money bank to bank! I like it because of they have security check to make sure your transfer is legit!

Refuses to register account on app. Sends me back to the security question screen where I have set all 3 questions. Every time I resend it brings me right back. Unusable until it is corrected and one star will remain until such time.

So far the best Money transfer app. Using for more than 4 years now & I believe shall keep using it onward. Ria app is very user friendly and easy to keep track of the transfer transactions. The money transfer both cash pick-up & bank deposit are always swift, relaiable and hassal free for both side. Used other money transfer apps who gave promotions. But, all of those had some serious issues or errors which made both me (sender) & the other party (reciever) suffer. Never had any issues with RIA

I tried to send money with this app. It's been a week since they said the money is ready for pickup. The problem is that it was sent to a mobile money account and should automatically be available! I called their help number but it appears to be disconnected. I have emailed them and my question was ignored in their response. I would not use this app ever again and just hope I can get my money back in my account.

Very bad experience! I previously used it to send money successfully and upon using it for the second time, the transaction was cancelled for security reasons. So what about the first transaction ?🙄

I started using this just one month ago, it's just amazing. Efficient and reliable, it has never disappoint me within the twinkle of an eye money is received at the other end.

I couldn’t create my account. Everytime I create an account, it says I have an existing account and I need to log in. When I try to log in and use forget password option, it can't recognise my email id. Totally disappointing.

Ria exchange rates Always very good.but very difficult process for sending money.every time need to upload documents, photos and other verification.sometimes i completed the all process e little mistake start again new process to fill and upload documents.

App is easy to use and setup. The problem is the transfers aren't within minutes but instead hours and even after you wait, it denies payment and states it will deny any payment sent after that but doesn't give you a way to dispute it fix the problem. Better off paying extra to send with moneygram.

Tried to transfer $40AUS just to see how fast it would clear. Need to verify identity for transfers over $100. For some reason it insists I verify for this amount too, but then won't allow verification. I give up...

i would love to use this app but the problem is they always want me to update my ID even they already made it validated! i don't know what's wrong with this. I just want to send money to my relatives hassle free but unfortunately, they are not.

Excellent app, easy to use and instantly transfer with verification. Highly recommended. Please note , I never tried their support line though, assuming it would as good and responsive as their app.

Terrible app I tried to register, it keeps saying ops sorry error occurred please try later i than gave up for couple weeks. After 2 weeks i tried again it did register an it said all set ready to go, now i tried to login it take my password but it keep loading never log me in. Terrible app

Ria is very helpful. Only one problem I have is: it take too much time to make a transfer deposit on a bank account. Sometimes it sends me emails to let me know the money is available and the receiver doesn't pick the money, eventhough I send it by deposit on a bank. Too much time please .
