The mobile check deposit is great, but the holding still for the back photo is hard for the auto to capture. And don't see a way to do it manually.
Mobile deposit almost impossible. Full light, flash, using a flashlight, always dark edges. Not sure why the software can't get the image correct.
App works fine except for check deposit which is a major inconvenience considering it's the only reason I use the app. The check deposit feature often states that the check has missing edges/corners, then allows me to keep the picture, then prohibits me from depositing the check.
Finger print unlock won't turn on. I slide the toggle and it automatically closes and defaults back to off. Never had a problem until last app update. Running S10+ 11
It's very fussy when taking the front of the check, had to take picture about ten times to get one that would be accepted. Back side in one shot.
I love this app it's prefect for me . I started my savings account many year's ago we didn't have phone's back then. So now day's having this phone and App is a good App to have on your phone you don't even have to leave home if you don't want to 👍
Has not failed me yet!! Reliable and accurate... Memos now show with each transaction, which is great!!
Very easy and simple to use to check my account balances and love the fingerprint login feature.
Couldn't find the terms of agreement again and it is hard to take photos of checks since it distorts the image.
The app currently has a scrolling issue when attempting to pay Bill's after the 1st time you pay a bill. The 2nd time you cannot scroll through the payees.
This is one of the best "Banking Apps" I have ever used. Very informative, Very Accurate and always up to date. RIA is the #1 bank of the Quad Cities.....PERIOD!!
Not accurate, amounts change during the weekend. I have internet purchases turned off, but yet it still pulls it anyway and I get nailed with a $40 fee of bs. Bunch of thieves if you ask me.
Can't see my inbox messages since it's been installed. Shows notifications but when I go to it, it's empty.
I almost always forget to deposit my check after years of direct deposit. This app gives me the opportunity to deposit my check before I write my bills!
Great, Easy.....only have a vehicle loan through RIA but was easy to set up my accounts and easy to transfer from my main bank account to my RIA account through the mobile app.
Very smooth interface. Easy to check. Love the fingerprint sign in ability.
I haven't had these accounts for long but since the day I opened them I have found RIAFCU the most accommodating bank I've used in a long time. And the staff is wonderful
love the ease of use. temp view of balance with swipe would be nice as option.
Everything I need is right there. And the individuals (tellers, etc.) are very helpful, too.
Love being able to exactly where my withdrawals are coming from, when they are pending and cleared and most off knowing actual available balance on each account since ATM doesnt offer this info

Very easy to use and excellent safety guards in place protecting users from fraud.
Makes me change my legitimate password almost each time I use app. Frustrating!!

It has never remembered any device I've ever tried and the password expires every 30 days... Having to constantly verify the device every time you want to check your balance is a real pain. Not much focus was put on convenience. Spam popups every time you log in and you cannot disable. Feels more like something you would expect from Walmart or social media rather than a bank...
