Rib City features award-wining Baby Back Ribs that simply melt in your mouth. Ribs so good they are guaranteed - "If you have to pick up a knife to eat our Baby Back Ribs, we will pick up your meal - no BONES about it!"
Rib City also serves a wide selection of Barbecue including St. Louis cut Spare Ribs; plump Chicken; smoked, sliced Pork, Beef and Turkey; Slow smoked Pulled Pork; plus Fried Shrimp - and a really great Angus Steakburger! Offering four signature recipe BBQ Sauces - Sweet, Tangy, Carolina Mustard and Hot - a flavor to suit every taste – that are housemade made onsite. At Rib City we make our own Salad Dressings, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans and Desserts.

The concept of Real Barbecue and great Ribs started out with a small family-style barbecue operation in 1989 on U.S. 41 in Fort Myers, Florida. Now, with Corporate and Franchise restaurant locations nationwide, Floridians (and customers from all over the United States and the world) can enjoy Rib City's® award-winning Baby Back Ribs and Barbecue that have now, some 27 years later, become "The Ribs That Legends Are Made Of..." Rib City® will continue to nurture the growth of this aspect of the business with additional locations nationwide.
