Since the update last week, google map is not linked to Ricardo anymore : google map is not installed or is disable. Very annoying
Complete and use full app. However, it would be nice to have the option to set the delivery also from another adress than the primary one in the account.
The apps performance is getting worse instead of better. The main problem I have is with the watch list. I get errors trying to add stuff to the watch list and not everything shows up on the watch list after I add them. I have uninstalled, cleaned cache and app data and the problems remain, so seems like the app is just full of bugs and needs fixing.
Useless, the website is much better. The link with notification is useless, you click on the notification and land in the app home page (eg, "you have an answer" and instead of redirecting to the specific offer you land on the main app page). The list of new offers is similar. The email notifications are way better. The daily summary on email are just what you need. Uninstalling. EDIT after reply: I reinstalled the current version. Still same problem. I get notified of 5 items (new items or soon ending items), I click on them, the notifications don't go away and I just get redirected to the "watch list" (where I have many more items that those 5, so the notification doesn't help).
Full of bugs, i can not login anymore, the search now is totally broken( if my search term has more than one word it searches for both ( ex: Brother Stickmaschine it returns everything that has brother in it and also stickmaschine), when i try to add a product the new feature popup always shows up and after i clear it if i switch to another input it shows up again and removes the focus on that certain input), plus almost every single day i discover a new bug. Pay some testers
Lots of crashes, not working properly. I've been working with Ricardo for over 10 years and this last version is an absolute disaster. The new functions are good but I can't really use an app full of bugs. Input: It would be very helpful to see the time when the adds were added.

Very good site, app i good. I dont like some little annoyances like when you unfollow an article you are reset to the beggining of the favorites list. Overall a very good site, good and fast app.
Thieves they charge you for things without even informing you or sending you the bill by post and then you figure out after you already got a reminder and the interrests were added up, such crooks. Plus it is super complicated and they charge you for any thing you sell without being notified or at least reminded beforehand that there is 9% to be charged to you from the item's price. And yes they say its in English users freindly but not when you need customer service help which is only German.👎
If there was a 0, i would put it. First problem: setting country and phone number (no Serbia as option at all - even though we are from 2006 in ISO, and we are like 1k km away from CH). Second problem: filter for cars is horrible, it would be better not to have any then this. On website its working just fine and it has some good options (altough there is no hp or kw as option (and also sellers dont have that option, so buyers have to think additionaly what car are they in fact ,,looking")).
So bad. So many unpolished details that make it a pain to use this app. It's obvious that Ricardo only cares about money, they don't care about the people that use the app at all. Only after 1 use I found multiple bugs and bad UX design choices... So weak!
The website is not great, but the app is much worse. It does not load high quality pictures (reduced size compared to desktop); It has reduced functionality overall (profile functions like changing address); Reminders to rate me as buyer/seller don't seem to work; Etc etc. ....and this is on top of all other issues with the website and the company (i.e. entries getting deleted fast, not being able to browse things that have already been sold, no proper buyer/seller protection, no PayPal...)
This app looks great and is indeed promissing. But unfortunately there are unexpected shutdowns, and the favorites list shows only a few of my favorits, but repeats them a few times. The App sometimes shuts down if i try to bid on an item. Please get that fixed asap. You earn enough money through your platform and enjoy near complete exclusiveness. Thanks
Ricardo isn't bad, but the App is insecure, it doesn't log off automatically when you close it and the problem is it didn't request a pin or password to bid, it didn't advice you. It's really easy to make a bid for mistake or be pranked for someone, then a bid is a purchased contract, so someone could bid on your behalf so easy and you you will be responsible for it.
Very rigid and inflexible application with poor user interface and unclear information throughout the auction process.
Unexpected shutdowns, wish list not updated and sometimes blank until you reload for a few times. UI flickering and sometimes non responsive. And no my phone is just fine, all other apps working fine, display ok, storage space huge etc ...I'll try the preview... Let's see and hope
Seems to be completely bugged. Doesn't show any notifications and when I add something to favourites it just show error message. On iPhone it worked smoothly. Edit : app was updated and seems to be fixed. I didn't find any issues yet. Giving 5 stars.
No query of the tab "Me" is working. E.g. press the softkey "bidding" nothing happens. It just occurs the progress icon and it seems to be loading until my phobe runs out of battery. The same with the tab "sell". The others do work most of the time.
A lot of bugs. And hard to relist once items expire. You habe no option to relist all. You habe to take each one at a time amd go through the whole ad again.... It is a good app if bugs would be fixed and would add the option to relist ALL
I love this App! I have found many quality items for a fraction of the price. The Ricardo team keeps you up to date with new items frequently, so you don't miss out on great deals. Very easy to use! Would reccommend this App to everyone!
Notificatins do not work property. I want to be notified 30 min before the auction ends (this is activated in settings), but this function fails that's why I miss out on interesting offers. I am only notified once - 4h before the end. Can this be fixed ?
When sellers dont get the price they want, even if the piece is marked as defective, they will cancel it with defective as an option. no point unless you buy something or there are plenty of bids. also sent bother with the questionnaires they send as you cant ever submit.
Since the update I have been experiencing too many issues. First, the wishlist dissappears, then the app crashes randomly, plus I don't get notifications for answered questions.
Watch list is listed as 0 though contains 40 items. Unable to add or delete items. Language previously in French, now a mix of English and German! Very annoying!
I'm logged in, yet "Please log in to your Ricardo user account first to submit a request"... I tap 'register' (your word for log in) and it takes me to Public Profile. It gets worse. Unbelievably, the activation code is sent by snail-mail, and one has to wait simply to be able to send a seller a message let alone bid for anything. This is the most inept and idiotic online market I've ever had the misfortune to encounter.
I think that the app could use a lot of bug fixes. Watching reminders, buying, rating leaving all proved to be difficult. Maybe some beta testing ?:) Hope to see you match Ebay soon!
Great app to get various things from screws to car spare parts. You pretty much find anything you want. The app is convenient to use and works flawless.
