RICEPO - Chinese Food Delivery

Smooth scroll and page switch. Easy to use. But orders page is not well organized.

I've used this app a grand total of three times and every single time I've used it my food gets made and sits at the restaurant indefinitely. I've had to personally go pick up every single one of my delivery orders placed through ricepo because the drivers never actually go to pick up the food. The Chinese restaurants in my area actively tell me to only use pickup or just call since ricepo is so unreliable.

Not great. The initial estimate showed 34-48min for delivery, but then changed to 1h 24min. The order was picked up and driven around for about an hour. The map showed the driver is moving away from me, even though the app said 'en route'... Food finally arrived, but wouldn't use again. Too unreliable

Both orders I've placed with this app have been wrong. UI is hard to use. Not only that, prices are marked up compared to the menu (sometimes even compared to other delivery apps).

Update: CS manager called me and apologized. According to them, the agent is new and not familiar with the work. Probably still good app to use & sometimes you get back luck and the CS needs more training. ========== Horrible customer service. They never really care about their customers. Instead, they keep silent and pretend as no one’s working every time there is a problem with the delivery (120 min to receive food while the ETA is 50 min). Two stars for the restaurant and the food.

Delivery range is apparently very limited. Even with many restaurants within 5 miles there are 0 delivery options. Service is of limited use at this point.

I ordered the food today and it is the first time I used it. The cafe is just 25min drive from my home, but it took 3 hours after I ordered the food!!!!! When I ordered, the app shows it only takes 65-85mins, but it actually took 3 hours. Moreover, when the app shows it is delivered, it is actually not, and I wait for 1.5 hours until it is actually delivered. At last, I want to report this bad experience in the app, but it shows 404 when I reported!! Horrible experience.

I’m new to town and wanted to try a Chinese Restaurant that had my favorite appetizer on the menu. I found a spot but it was too far away to walk to...I was relieved to have it delivered to my door. Great experience!

There's no product pictures. The supermarket tab often does not work. Looks like it's an app put together in a hurry. It's buggie!

I love everything about this app. My food comes on time, the customer service reps always text me back in a decent amount of time, and my food has always come to me hot. I have zero complaints ????

This service is excellent when you need food and don’t want to spend time fetching or cooking it. The food is kept hot and delivered right to your door! There is a map in the app which keeps you up to date in real time the status of your order.

I enjoy usingRICEPO since they send me $3 off and they offer a lot of good local restaurant options. The app is easy to use and I can also link it to my ApplePay.

Good food, came to my house on time, and driver was friendly. Enjoying free delivery. App can use some updates but it's off to a great start.

The drivers on this app are fabulous, I have not had one bad encounter. They happily delivered food to my hotel door without complaint, timely and friendly people!

food was ABSOLUTELY amazing - two of my favorites goat and lamb were beyond what i had even expected - will absokutely be ordering again!!! great food! great portions! highly recommend!

All in all its an easy to use app Dont really have to wait so long for my order and on top of that has pretty nice variety there were places in there that ive honestly never seen before five stars

The food delivery is incredibly fast even if it’s 6 miles away ! The best food ordering app when you are hungry.

I wanna give a 5 star for the delivery service, but a 1 star to the Android app itself. Lots of features are missing here with a ton of bugs...

Extremely slow. Ordered at 11 and 3 hours past still not delivered. Would not use anymore.

I've been using ricepo for about 3 month now and absolutely love it. Every carrier I've had has been very nice and respectable!

Awesome, my car transmission is out and without RICEPO... I’d probably be less fat cause then, I’d have to walk to get food. Since this app, I’ve probably gained 8lbs.

I’ve always received excellent customer service. The restaurants fall short but RICEPO always makes it right. I’m beyond pleased with this service and will continue to use RICEPO.

It doesn't even work when I entered the letters for identification (not a bot) and it's all in Chinese so that doesn't help at all.

Ordered from ricepo twice now, app is great with pictures to show menu and didn't have to wait long for food
