Everytime I log out, I get locked out won't let me log back in. Then have to call reset password, it's getting aggravating. My boyfriend has Mechanic's and never goes through this.
never works, log in and it takes 20 min to actually log in. just keeps loading. just a waste of time bug should have been fixed but theu lied. its not. customer serv. via chat sucks very rude. ill still with my mail paper statements
Screenshots have been disabled. I don't care who they think they are protecting, I am unable to send transactions to my family and ask about them. A convenient feature now removed.
Even if i exit all the way out of the app. it still locks me out & I have to make a phone call to the bank atleast once a week to let me back in the online app.
Same problem as other people. It keeps saying wrong password & locking you out, then you have to call in to reset it!

Enter username and move to password. Username clears.
I've used this app daily for years. I LOVED it BUT now it doesn't open. I've sent feedback multiple times but continue to have the same problem. I need this app to work! I really hope someone sees this and does something to fix whatever is wrong.

I have never been able to get the mobile deposits to work on Samsung products. Called the help line and NO help. They couldn't figure out why it doesn't work. Only thing it's good for is to check your balance.
Everything seems to be working good and the platform is more pleasing to the eye; however, I miss the color differentiation between credits and debits. It's very hard to find my deposits now. Please bring that part back!
Worked really good. Then had to reboot my phone now it won't load or do anything.
I have only my phone to use and with my last bank I could add payees here on my phone .. now I have to find a place with WiFi to load my payees on my laptop first before I can pay them on my phone.. very frustrating.
Only got 1 star bc it won't let me leave a complaint without 1 star. I can't even open this app.
Fix the app. Isn't working after the last upgrade.
The app has been down for over a month now. Every time I try to use it it says there is they're unable to confirm the my log in information because of maintenance issues. Usually that only takes max a couple days. Over month is ridiculous.
