Messages are difficult to read. Can't manipulate screen size. Blank screen when opening app. Necessary to open with alert messages only, due to poor control.

Go to Calendar settings and choose your child's school... Seems to have a lot of schools listed but not the one my daughter goes to. Windsor Elementary doesn't have a calendar ?!

The notifications sent by the school are not formatted for cell phones, making it difficult to read the messages. I end up deleting them unread in most cases.

Its makes me so mad the bus info doesnt work it worked 1 time then no more. i have updated my information several times. Yet the bus still breaks down, or is running late without my knowledge. Thank god for my daughters cell phone.

Downloaded for the bus info since my child's bus hasn't been on time in over 2 weeks... (nearly 30 mins every day) Some people have to get to work in the morning and I would prefer to be on time... Unfortunately the app is just as broken as their transportation program...

Can not stand this app. It never saves my info and I can never log in without having help.

The complete lack of notification control gets this app an F!!!!! I am flooded with Notifications on Bus info for every school in the district. I don't care about buses at my kid's school, let alone all schools. Annoying as can be! Other parts of the app are very good, but the Notification issues have me ready to uninstall! Horrible development!

1. Way too many bus notifications....you should be able decide wheather you want bus notifications...my children are not bus riders. 2. You should be able to click the forgot password button and be able to put in the email that is on file with the app. You can not reset anything because I forgot my ID and now it says I have to talk to the school administrator. How ridiculous! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

There are too many bus notifications each day that are district wide rather than individualized based on schools of interest. Also, the lunch menu still doesn't update properly. This issue has now crossed over to the district website as well.

This year I am no longer seeing my children's grades. I use to receive pings when grades for assignments were inputted my teachers. I no longer can see assignments for my children. I deleted and redownloaded the app and still nothing. Also the elementary school lunch menu is not updated until a week or two after the current month has started.

Doesn't have accurate lunch balance. Sometimes have issues with app not working.

I would rate it a 5 if they remembered to update everytime when they bus will be late.

Just downloaded it and the main page won't load AT ALL!!

There needs to be a way to turn off bus notifications. There are so many that come through and my kids don't ride the bus. Then you have to click on each one to delete.

The lunch menu doesn't update each month. In February the lunch menu showing is for October 2017. I have to uninstall app and install again. Bus notifications should be seperate instead of under school district notifications.

Not loading

I love how convenient this app is; however, it will not allow me to login. It keeps saying that my password and username are incorrect.

Loved the app last year, but for some reason it dropped 4 of my kid's schools. I can only use it for one child right now. Have to get on the laptop to view the other kids. No longer convenient.

The lunch menu doesn't update properly.

Since December 15, I receive 4-5 notifications about a bus route change fir Killian. I don't have a student there, can't turn them off, and have no way to contact an admin about this issue.

I cannot turn off notification for irrelevant information like busses and fundraising. I don't use the busses, and I pay taxes so I refuse to beg for money. However I cannot stop this app from sending notifications about things that do not pertain to my child's education.

Needs a single logon. Have to logon everytime I go to fees. Some pages are not compatible with mobile browsers.

Combines best elements of school emails/posts, calendars, Parent Portal and more. Specific to your school and student with instant notifications. Great job RD2.

It saves time so that your child doesn't have to keep getting every newsletter or calendar from there school. Parents also don't have to wait for the next week's schedule or monthly schedules. This app is GREAT.

I'm a student of Richland 2 schools and I live the app that helps me with 1/2 days or off days
