I broke my camera within a month of having it I chipped a lens There was apparently only one person in the call center and the only option was to send the my camera and $200 before they'd even look at it I didn't even want them to look at it cuz I knew exactly what was wrong with it and all I wanted was a spare part apparently you cannot get any services unless you're willing to give them cash upfront with no promises them actually be able to fix anything. I am hurt offended and Mad. FU2
Not working with my Huawei Porsche Design Mate Rs phone anymore. It says password incorrect, connection fails but the same password works on my ipad... Is there something wrong with Android connections? I am using the latest firmware 01.90 as of 6 Jan 2019

Finally the problem that made it fail on my Nexus 6P running Nougat has been fixed, and I can use my Theta 360 again!! Yay! Love the camera and the app!
Is there a way to leave a negative star rating? This was one of those "Immediate Uninstall" situations. Totally useless to me. Uninstalling AS SOON as I'm done typing this review.
Wish it had a time delay or timer feature and able to download the original image

Had WiFi issues. Tried another app called UTeleport which connected fine and clicked the pictures.

bad camera, regret to buy it
Too bad, I went to Harvey Norman and wanted to purchase, totally could not test because wifi setting problem, cannot communicate with my Huawei Honor 7 and Huawei Honor 6. Just simply walk out from the shop, and Ricoh loosing one customer. Hope can get the rectified app quickly so that I can buy it.

Won't let me share with Facebook constantly says failed, and can't put them on a pc with the ability to swipe and move the camera
Why there is no remote control video function? U have to on the video and record the video manually. Which cause a lot inconvenience
can't connect to camera anymore, since higher android version. Without ability to trigger a photo remotly i'll lose 90% of my use cases.
