so terrible experience, the scooter is slower than walking, 400m spent 12mins and charged me 4.4, ??? the app stops several times and can't end the trip at last. Cant find the complain button, I dont believe it takes 12mins

rubbish. got the app logged on said active had 50% charge head light came on thing wouldn't move. -5 stars. also adding the 4 digit code is not clear at all well blended in black.

Incorrectly charged my credit card when phone went flat. Contact support and never heard back :/ recommend everyone to use beam instead.

You should instruct users of the scooter not to park in front of other peoples garage/driveway entrance sometimes even on private land. Moving the scooter out of way is a hassle as it makes loud noise and lockes the wheels. Devise a penalty system if you must, but the scooters are inconviencing others by irate users leaving them where ever they like after using them

I literally used it for 1 minute and got charged 2.43 $$ also it didnt worked after a minute and it showed about 48% charge.

Are there still scooters in Melbourne?? I just downloaded the app and only see 1 scooter in the Melbourne region. Hmmmmm. You should probably include the cities you support in your app description. Save us some wasted time...

Meh, the Lime app is better. And it costs more in Adelaide than what it costs for Lime in Briabane. Adelaide scooters go slower and therefore take longer to get to destination making it more costly.

Couldn't get it to work even after giving it all of my identity details. Also encountered many phantom scooters. I was successful on Lime and will now try Beam.

The app has no purpose if the scooter didn't work. I expect a refund for my ride that did not accelerate despite me pushing off. The other scooter just didn't start

Very slow scooter despite having a full battery. Gave up and walked rather than pay to go the same speed

Will be using Beam until you remove the requirement to hand over photo id info to use. You get my credit card, that should be enough. P.S. your usage agreement doesn't stipulate id as a requirement to use.

kept saying unable to process payment and wouldn't unlock the scooter. but when I looked at my bank account I was still charged .

went to try the service, wants a credit card number I don't have. no PayPal option

Ride have removed the requirement for Photo Id, and I am changing this review from 1 star to 5. Much better guys, I will now Ride on a locally owned scooter company and help the Australian economy rather than Beam my money overseas.

Some bugs but fast and 10/10 service

Not giving you a copy of photo ID, will just use Beam instead.

'grandma's pusher rolls faster!' 'Nanny State Adelaide' Top speed 13kmph! Can't get accross intersection before light turns red = now that's dangerous! So embarrassing I had to stop Shame on u Adelaide. Same scooters overseas do 27kmph(no helmet) and here we have way wider safer streets to navigate
