Very slow, the search function doesn't work so we have to move the map around and that causes the app to refresh every time. And it takes ages to refresh and show the new stops in the new area of the map
Needs to get Transloc!!! This app, like CATS Transit, is garbage. Does not provide live data, uses schedules, and never on time. Check out Transloc and see the difference. Cities with Transloc have great public transit. Download the app and see for yourself.
i mostly catch 16 and 41x qbd the realtime data it shows is always incorrect. sometime bus would have already left and this shows reaching in 2 mins etc and viceversa. everytime single time i used this app, i had definitely missed bus. uninstalling...
after this last update i cant give feedback on a bus route. it keeps force closing. on top of that, the schedules are extremely outdated and dont actually give accurate stops and times anymore
Not accurate at all. The times are only what was scheduled a while ago - not accurate to current timetables. And they are by far not accurate to real time in the least. You can find a bus stop near you, but good luck knowing when a bus will arrive, if ever.
It's good to have the cats bus app. So u can see where the bus is coming from & what time It's coming & where's good to. It's very convenient to have it these purposes.
Showing no routes available. FIX THIS APP! Here we are in July 2020 still not working.
Force closed every time I try to plan out a trip that requires me to edit the time.
This system organization is pathetic and deplorable. NO notice that #7 is on reroute. I wish there was an option for a '0' ZERO.

BUSES ARE LATE AND YOU NERVE SEND ANOTHER BUS TO GET THE PASSENGERS WHEN A BUS BREAK DOWN YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT BUS AND THAT MAKES THE CUSTOMER LATE FOR WORK AND THAT'S NOT KOOOOOLLL YOU GOT TO DO A BETTER JOB THANKS.
Try to put in address that I wanted to get to on the bus and the system would not give me transfer information

This is unusable.
"Times are derived from GPS devices located on CATS and LYNX devices." - what an outright and utter lie! I can't believe a city would ever make this garbage available for the people. All it does is simply animate a bus icon on the map based on the routes schedule. And like many others have stated, the buses in this city are terrible and never remotely on time, rendering this app useless. Shame on them for saying it is GPS driven.
Update: much better accuracy overall, however, if a bus is late it drops off the app as if it doesn't exist. The below problems remain an issue. Original: I've been waiting for this for over a year, almost 2. So far it hasn't been accurate. I've saved stops for arriving buses and been on the bus for at least a minute when it tells me it's finally arriving at the stop I was waiting at...it seems to regularly default to scheduled times instead of live. It should tell you if it's not a live ETA - especially if it's supposed to be as one of the next 3 buses as the app description states.
Running Nexus 6 on Android M. Express busses follow their stops based on the schedule and don't update / alert with real time scheduling
It's better to use Google Maps. At least it works even if it runs on bus schedules rather than the actual position of the bus. This app is slow, unresponsive. Making building a route on the ho pretty much impossible. Come on Mecklenburg, get it together and redo this app!
