L train times are always off. Also app does not reflect bus routes that have changed. Pace 331 has 2 different southbound end and start points. Switch was made almost a year ago. When this app was first released it was absolutely 5 star splendid. Email App developer about the needed fixes. Never fixed.
I've been using this app for years. It has arrival information CTA buses as well as trains and for PACE buses. It occasionally doesn't have information for the bus I'm waiting for, but that's rare. I like that this app is accurate and lets me know if there are any detours or delays along my route.
Pretty accurate for the most part. Definitely not 100% especially when it comes to Pace, but it's easy to use. Would be great if you added an option to select an alert for your usual route times.
Would give 5 stars if certain pace routes weren't missing so many stops, stop saying it's new and/or experimental because it's been on here forever and a day now, and improve night owl bus travel times.
Great app. Its very accurate and dependable. Works well for all pace, cta bus and train. I tell everyone i can to use it. So far no complaints. except...i just recently switched from android to an i phone. and i cant download it.
This app is NEVER ACCURATE!!! I live relatively close to the airport and I take the blue line train. Sometimes I check this app before I leave and it is usually off by 15 minutes. My LAST STRAW was when I got to the train station early and the next train to the airport was 44min! No delays reported at all. This app is USELESS! I spend more money using Uber/Lyft due to the inaccuracies of time in this app
It used to be awesome and I used it all the time. I downloaded it on my new phone (Pixel 3) and it won't show any of the L train stops on any line I choose. It just says No Stops. The buses load, but for some reason not the trains.
Wish the pro version was still available for purchase. Would gladly pay for the features only available in the pro version. By far the best CTA tracker I've found, and Ive tried at least 10.
Wondering if this App is updated to Android 9.0 (PIE). Was trying to set up Pace Bus Routes. I live in Chicago, ILL. I have version 6.0 on both Cell Phones (LG Stlyo 3 Plus with Nougat v7.0 and Coolpad Legacy Pie 9.0. FYI
More user-friendly than the Ventra app. As of 4 September 2018, the CTA 205 doesn't exist, having been replaced by the rerouted Pace 208 and 213s. Please update your app accordingly.
If you bookmark your routes then yes works great! You do gotta know your cross streets for the pace to be aware of what to star. After that works great. Just be aware that 2 min really means approaching!
Very reliable and correct on times. Should tell you Pace bus info like how far it is away and bus #.It only is displayed on CTA bus routes.
Used to be great, until apparently all support for Metra was removed and placed into a nonfree "pro" version. Last upgrade was a downgrade.
I am having a problem with the app. Its not displaying the train or bus times. It used to work perfect but now its nothing.
I love this app. It is very easy to use. I was experiencing a lot of frustration with the Google maps and someone told me about this app and I liked it immediately.
Very helpful to narrow the time of arrival..times are not always 100% correct but close enough..
There are stops missing which is super annoying because I frequently miss the bus. 71st and Langley southbound and st lawrence are not listed.
This app stopped working with the Update. I work for CTA and I've been relying on this app til now. Please Fix.
I can't use the CTA trains portion of the app. You get one star until that's fixed.
The bus 322 eastbound from Yorktown mall never shows up at 10:07 or there was another one today at 9:51 also never shows up so why do you have thos times listed??!!
At this time most buses are not operating and the trains are not working. And this app is not revealing to us what is really going on because of the protests.
Pace doesn't work at all train L line doesn't work at all it's a total waste of time if only one thing works and that's CTA bus
I rely on this app heavily. I've had it for a few years and no complaints. I recommend this app.
Accurate forecasts and updates and easy to use. I cant fund much wrong with the app

Great app but wish I could restore my favorites when downloading on a new phone.
I've had this app for a little over 3 yrs now. it works great 9xs outta 10 with CTA. Pace is a completely different story tho. Many stops are missing from many routes. With the stops they do have the times are way off. It's ridiculous that they have a little disclaimer in tiny red letters saying the Pace feature is new and experimental. How can that be if I've had the feature from the beginning?
