Ride Circuit

All of the circuit drivers were very helpful, and glad to help us to our destination and give information what to see and do in the Pompano Beach and Ft. Lauderdale area. We had several different drivers, Jan, Gus, Nick, Jerome,Gerard. All very friendly, fun to visit with. Like a friend away from home. I am glad I got the app. Made our trip alot easier. Sheila

Circuit is great!!! I'm so greatful for Circuit. As San Diego was just named the #1 most fun City, the more you will appreciate circuit. I can get around downtown without hassle. Wether I've had more than two drinks or meeting friends somewhere else. I have no worries getting there asap. Check it. The app is simple to use and it's cool to recognize the drivers you have maybe rode with before. Good people. And it's free. Of course it's always nice to tip for good karma that may comeback 7folds.

Over time the app has gotten a bit better but the timing is still totally random. If it tells you 5min wait it still could be 30min... The service is useful but timing to unpredictable to be useful... It can take more that 30/40min to go from downtown to the beach

It is really easy to use Circuit in Hollywood, Fl. It gets us around and the employees are all so friendly and helpful to us. They suggest places to go to eat or happy hours. We will definitely recommend to friends vactioning here!

Great drivers, useless app has never found a vehicle it wastes time searching then says there are no Drivers totally Defective. Only time I was ever able to use service was by approaching vehicle I found stopped in traffic.

Circuit is a great service, especially for people that don't have the income to travel in other ways. Circuit provides a free ride service to the best of their ability.

Great way to inexpensively visit several parts of town. All the drivers we had were terrific and enjoyed using the app and ride service.

Great way to get around town. No need to worry about parking. Perfect for distances that are too short to drive.

We had a great experience riding Circuit. The drivers were super nice and gave us helpful information about the area.

Two new bugs, and a few improvements. After using the app a message saying "there was a problem with the network call" appears, and if you click the message a new message box saying "no web browser installed" appears. (I have two browsers installed, so this is bizarre). The network call message only goes away if you reboot the phone. This problem aside, the new version does seem better at connecting people with rides.

The ride, drivers, and the fact that its free make this app a 5-Star! However, the apps notification bar is frequently out of sync with the rest of the app. For example, the bar will say 4 minutes until arrival, while the home screen says 14 minutes. This causes you to stay on the home screen the entire time until your ride arrives (to ensure you're not just sitting on a canceled ride wondering why it's taking so long to arrive). For this reason, I give the app a 3-Star.

I have used right circuit three times now. I received excellent service at this time. The problem is five other times I tried to use it and I couldn't get a ride. reasons being... 1. the system times out and repeatedly tells you no rides available, try later. 2. it connects to a rider and while you're waiting for the ride to arrive it cancels. 3. the process the system will process for 3, 4, 5, minutes and no riders. it's a great idea and it's lots of fun, just not something you can rely on.

I enjoy the service but the new app and the way they pick up rides leaves much to be desired. The drivers can get your ride request while dropping people off and it doesn't tell you how long of a wait it is. It just says they are finishing a ride and I can see them go the opposite way. the system is just not working well any more and i miss the old app.

Great service, but app needs some work. I've had issues where the app loses the ride data and resets back to to the ride request screen as if I never scheduled a ride. It would also help if you could see where you are on the pickup queue and based your pickup time on that, currently it seems to base the pickup time on where the driver physically is, I was alerted that the driver was minutes away, then jumped up 10 to 15 minutes because it didn't account for the drives stops ahead of mine.

Circuit is the best thing that ever has happened to pompano Beach since sliced bread. They're there. You might have to wait two or three minutes. You're not. You know her because you're going to drink. You know that drivers are very polite. They take care of you. Just use that all the time

Ok, you asked, you get. The app itself is working pretty much as before, except for ride ETA. That is way off because of the new pooled ride system. The thing is not even close to pooling; the drivers pick people up all over the map and then drop them off in no particular order. Especially in the morning, folks want to use this service to get to work (hopefully on time) but the pooled rides make it an iffy thing. The AI dispatch is completely A and not an ounce of I. Still sucks, Circuit.

This is a wonderful idea to get around Hollywood Florida. Drivers are professional and informative about the area.

App has a faulty GPS, so you need to know where you are to input the correct pickup location. Allow a significant amount of time for pickup because it's a ride pool where the algorithm sends the driver to pick up all riders in the area before heading toward individual destinations. If you hail down drivers with empty carts, they give you attitude for not using the app. App needs work and possibly more drivers. Only 5 driving on a Friday in Hollywood, FL.

The service all together can stand some improvement. First if the driver's (Dewayne, Dallas)customer service is below excellent then they dont need to drive. Second the route and pick up system sucks there should be more than two carts during peak hours. And third let's look into increasing the radius of pick up locations.

I'm trying to upload the time and places Joi A.E goes before picking me up. 1 time out of all the time I know the first time. She goes by me and around me it states in screenshots the time; the time she says she's coming. she never came nor has she gotten to me, yet. Came near knowing she stated she be here in a minute. I'm a Medicared individual. I fell like 3 weeks ago. I'm on my way to church. Because, I typed in a ride from the Google Play Circuit app she picked up quick. 20-30 minutes past

Pompano beach Circuit does a great job and the drivers are very nice 👍👍

Keeps telling me to enter a valid address. No way to get help. They took away our local community beach trolley for this garbage. Shame on the city of Hollywood Beach Florida! I'm updating. It deserves less than one star. Drivers always not available Even though I see them. They refuse to pick you up if you don't use the app. Which is usually frozen. The drivers keep telling me to reinstall the app. Which doesn't do a thing. This sucks bring back the trolley to and from the beach.

Love riding instead of driving all the time. Very convenient too

Great ride, friendly drivers, convenient and quick

On Fort Lauderdale Beach it is the way to go! Drivers are so friendly and helpful. I've had two drivers take the long way home so we could get around traffic plus view some awesome (ritzy)homes in the neighborhood. These drivers are incredibly full of Fort Lauderdale information. If visiting the beaches here you do not need a rental unless you are going outside of the Circuit area. Pick-up times vary depending on what is going on in Fort Lauderdale. But it is worth the wait in pricing, comparatively speaking (LYFT/UBER), and the friendliness of the drivers. Their outstanding service is always worth the wait!

I already love where I live but now to have this free shuttle with the app???!? Amazing! I'm a non-driver by choice, and even though I'm in a very walkable area, Circuit comes in very handy. I've only had lovely, friendly drivers, and truly never waited more than 2 minutes for a ride. Couldn't be more delighted, I hope everyone has the same experience.

Hopefully it gets fixed. Never expect for your ride to arrive in the time that is given. Time is constantly changing and could say 1 min away and have you waiting for over 10 mins. App should be updated to show where driver is. Also, app users should have preference before flag downs. Maybe the city has told Circuit to pick up flag downs but this should only be done at certain locations. It will safer for the drivers and passengers.

This new pool update is horrible. This is the 3rd time that I wait for my pool for almost 30minutes. The time just keeps on updating. Is honestly ridiculous. If I had know I was going to wait close to 30mins I would've lyft/uber or even walk to my destination. You guys need to better coordinate your pick ups and live time. Even without being free is not worth the 30min wait. So inconvenient. I don't recommend this app if you have somewhere to go and can't wait 30 mins for pick up.

Absolutely awful. If I could give it zero stars I would have. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to give this one feedback. I have requested a ride through this app at least 4 times and every single time I have tried the driver has cancelled my ride after I waited for a minimum of 7-10minutes. You cannot track a driver and I tried to use the contact feature and received nothing back. I am uninstalling this app and cautioning everyone I know in Fort Lauderdale to stay away.
