Ride Freebee

Super happy to have freebee it is really helpful!!! Specially for Pinterest 👈🤗 the unique issue that I really have is about the time, for example today the driver was like 10 minutes far away from me but the app show me 62 minutes to wait!!! Even it happens often to me 🙉 From the beginning it was amazing now is like the lottery !! Thanks Freebee for U help🌻

Downloaded app. Can't get an account. Keeps telling me my email is not valid. Uninstalled tried again. Same issue. Had to use phone number. Defeated the purpose of real app driven microtransit service. Long delay. Really wanted it to be a great experience... a car-free way to get around. Hope my experience was one off.

Shameful. You wait forever an actually how or more and they never show. Then as you walk you see them hiding on some corner being lazy on their phones. And then when they actually ride they can't even work their tablet correctly if the tablet is even functional to begin with. Horrible service, it used to be so good now useless such a shame don't waste your time.

Amazing service. Ecological. Free. Should be in every town. Cars are used all day, instead of being parked for most of the time.

Requested ride. Got picked up within a few minutes. Great service available in the Biscayne Park area.

The drivers are kind, however, the app is very bad. It disconnects you from the driver and you are left hanging and waiting. You have to at a point cancel the trip and start over. It has happened so often that I had to write about it. It is a shame that when people who do not have access to a car have to struggle extra when their city intends so well by offering a free service. I believe that messages like this one should be heard and the issues resolved.

Somehow I got signed off and now cant get past the login. Tried to make a new account and it wont let me. I rely on this heavily but apparently not that reliable :(

This app is so lame. If you request a pickup the driver confirms and you have to confirm their confirmation. If you miss this fact do they have to knowthey cancel your ride

Does not work. I love the service and the ride, but the app itself keeps crashing, leaving you stranded not being able to get a ride back home, with kids and groceries. Happened multiple times. I have restarted phone and re-downloaded app multiple times. Still crashes continuously.

Love the service but the app is glitchy. Drivers have been super friendly, the rides are great. 1. Cant save a preferred pickup point (like a corner near an office) for repeat use 2. If i chat with the driver it sends the message 3x 3. Wish there was a default sort to your preferred city

Used once from wyndwood to Brickell and was perfect! the driver was super kind and the ride was fun... I definitely loved the service and the fact of using a electric vehicle. It's a great idea, I wish they have more cars out there so people can use it more often, for me is hard to get a ride.

I absolutely loved this!! Very fun and efficient. Both drivers that I used were prompt and down to earth and let's not mention they actually catered to my musical preferences. I would definitely use anytime I'm in Miami!!!!!!

It's a great idea, electric cars and free rides, but the app has never run smooth the entire time I've had it. It glitches out and sometimes I have to force stop the app just to get a ride, a lot of times I just get someone else to drive me

Everytime you update the app recently the count down timer doesn't match actually pick up time and drivers can't confirm my pick up for many instances. It's had been annoying to both driver and rider. Perhaps make sure the app flipping WORKS BEFORE SENDING UPDATES!

I'm surprised this app does not correctly coordinate pickups...it's drivers choice. So most times you can wait up to 30 minutes for a driver to accept and pick you up while several freebies just drive right passed you.

The app was great. Now there is a problem entering an address for a destination. You can not use the map to set a destination. iOS seems to work... Please fix this.

The Drivers claim to only get paid through tips so many of them will get mad at you if you dont tip them. On busy tourism days (Thurs. Fri. Sat. Sun.) the drivers dont even answer the app for rides. The drivers hang out in Wynwood and other high tourism places so they can get big tips! Some drivers have asked me to get out because time is money and if Im not tipping I am wasting their time. In all, the app works perfectly but the drivers dont work at all...unless you tipping five dollars or more

The drivers are very nice, but the wait times are long. It is not uncommon to wait 15 minutes to have your ride accepted, and then to wait again again for the driver to complete several rides ahead of you before picking you up. On a busy day, from the time of your initial request to getting picked up, it can take 45 minutes or even longer. If you are willing to wait, it's a great deal and a money-saver, but if you don't have flexibility with your time, you're better off with an Uber.

Thank You for caring about us Seniors your drivers are very polite they all keep the seats very clean and they also make sure everyone wears a mask making sure we don"t get sick .All drivers are curdious and take time to help those seniors who have disability and need a little extra help with shopping bags or getting on and off the Freebe. We are blessed to have Freebe.I dont know what I would due if the City takes this service away..Like me there are quite a few disabled homebound,no family

I download the app. I live right in the city of Hialeah. Every time I request a ride it keeps telling me where is my address where I'm going and use's the map set it up for the 15 time, whatever the most of time is it no show I live at the same address with with my neighbor who use the same app, mon thir Friday. In 45 minutes pick up her all the time but with me it's a nightmare never work. I say what I say this app is not for people like me. I get it is for your kind I said what I said
