This app used to work and was great but now it doesn't. It says no departures for today and won't show any schedules. Needs a major overhaul!
l like the fact that there's an app for Metra it make's traveling so much easier . Sure it took me awhile to adjust to upgrading but l got a handle on it now . keep up the improvements metra .
Doesn't work at all. When I select a line, it says no stops are available no matter what day I pick.
It's been months since I've been able to see any kind of schedule or information for trains and nothing's been fixed
I believe this is discounted and was transitioned to 'on time' app for Chicago.
Best app for quickly finding Metra train schedules for a particular train station.

This app thought Sat, Dec 30 was a Thursday and gave me the wrong schedule. That's about all you need to know. "You had one job!" On top of that, there seems to be no option to look at anything but a "dashboard", which is unchangeable. I couldn't even choose what time of day I wanted to ride.
It keeps saying no departures for the day. Its Monday.... I uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and no fix. The app was ok before this bug. It doesn't give you updates on trains once they've left the station so once you get on, it's difficult to know if your behind schedule or not. That's my other complaint. Finding another app.
App doesn't show any schedule information and just says "no upcoming departures". From the looks of recent reviews, many people are having this problem. Guessing a Metra API or format change broke the app. Can't recommend it because it doesn't fulfill its core function.
Same issue as others - schedules are no longer there. Even installing on different phones - has the same issue. No schedules
Why is this app not working. People have to get places and I have to deal with changing settings on my phone for it to work. This is an inconvenience. It use to work. Now there are no schedules posted because I have to figure out how to change settings on my phone.
Frequent issues with updating schedules. Sometimes message appears saying no scheduled departures, which definitely turns out to be false...
This is a terrible app, is quicker to call metro and get a schedule then to try to manipulate this app. I select my train, and immediately tells me there are no schedules for that train for the rest of the day
