Only works until phone locks. Ring on a 2 mile ride and when I got to the station it appears to have only recorded until the phone locked and recorded 0.7 mile. Can't see an option to amend either, and not clear if I can keep it working in the background while locked. If not this will be a big battery drain.
Extremely buggy on the Android platform. App will quit unexpectedly. Rides will be "refused" or incomplete. No option to edit or amend a ride when this happens. App user base is miniscule so for users outside of target metro area of Portland there is no data for best routes.
Ride is checking to see if you've started a new trip.....as long as you aren't moving. If you do start a ride, it now doesn't record. Really wish I hadn't accidentally updated this app, it used to be awesome.
It was working until i hit 3200 miles then it stopped. Its been 2 weeks i have sent messeges and no one has gotten back with me and it still running crappy. I earned alot of trophies just to delete this stupid app. Was worth the time
Have wasted too much time trying to get this to work. Web page says try another app but can't work out where to download them. Would love to be able to win prizes adn log my rides but giving up. Please tell me when it is all fixed.
Used to work well, although is battery intensive. Now just crashes when you try to select any ride in your list.
it is getting closed frequently and it is not working anymore. it just worked for 2 months. i think it needs more fixes and update.
I installed the app at lunch time. Following instructions. However after I cycled from work to home, I checked. It recorded nothing. It said I have no rides today. Not true!
most of the time, the app does not work, the rest it just freezes and crashes
the app is full of bugs, crashes all the time i and is very inaccurate ... never can trust it
I like that it links with lovetoride but now it just crashes all the time. I hope they fix it soon
Does't work at all. Keeps crashing when I try to enter my email to create an account.
Couldn't even set up an account and it kept crashing. Will uninstall
Non-functional app with no link to NYC bike map (which was promised).
App crashed 5 times within 1 minute of installing. I have uninstalled it.
cant use it, keeps crashing. total waste.
Very frustrating app. sometimes it doesn't record my ride, then other times it records all activity including walking to the shops or taking the bus. Then you try to delete the incorrect entries and the whole lot disappears. If the bugs were fixed it would be good but at this stage I'm moving to Strava.
