Almost none of the features that it has actually work. It doesn't notify you AT ALL when the bus arrives at the stop or anything like that. Sometimes it stops for a good few minutes and all of the sudden the bus is like 5 stops down from when it was frozen! ONLY 2 stars because its better than my school's tracker at least.

Emailed the app developers of issues in this app, no response. Cannot count on this app for where the shuttle is, a serious lag issue of where it's at in real time. It will say it's arriving ay my stop in 10 minutes, and 2 minutes later the shuttle has already passed my stop. The route that our shuttle takes, I have to wait 30+ minutes for the next one to arrive.

While the app does have the time schedule, the bus does not always follow due to varying factors. The old website used to have a GPS tracker working on the bus so we could see where the bus was. It has been months that the tracker has not been working. /Fix It/. This review is specifically for the Walmart Shuttle in Rexburg, ID

Takes a second to figure out but it does the job and doesnt have a long set up for features youll never use, which is a good thing. I rated it 5 at first but it shouldnt ask for permission to your photos and storage every time you open the app though when you arent using those features.

Terrible. Shuttles never on time, if they come at all. I've reported this problem AT LEAST four times. No response. GPS tracker is rarely correct and spins in circles. The app will say arriving and nothing ever comes. Then it will say departing but it never even came. It's really wasting my time and getting on my last nerve. I've been sitting here for 25 minutes while 2 shuttles were supposed to have come already. SMH. Edit: the third shuttle wasnt on time but at least it came

Who ever wrote the last update needs to find a new line of work. The UI is horrible! Buttons laided out in a way that you can't select a route without touching a different control. Zoom feature is horrible too. Stop breaking things. At least the last version worked.

I can't even open it. I'm in the DC metro system, which used to be central. It now won't give me any information until I pick an agency. The many names provided are in random order, some are just place names, and none are WMATA or Montgomery County's system. Uninstalling.

Thank you, creators! I wasn't using the trolley, bc I didn't want to risk missing my movie nor wait in the heat. I love the Woodlands, now! --Quick to install & open. (1st Use, Seek: Woodlands Township, not "Town Center" on ride systems list.) --Suggested: bldg labels (not just the stops) & no touch required to see label. --No dot showing where I am. --Need more detailed directional map. I didn't know, from map, if trolley cutting through Cinemark 17 lot was heading to or from Market Str.

It's alright. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Honestly I prefer moovit, though my school decided to go with this app. Overall, I prefer to use the written time over this as it tends to be accurate except for the times when the bus is late. Otherwise this app is somehow useless and would require some improvement.

the update took away features that were useful. before I could see the full names of stops. now there are a limited number if characters for stops. the street I have a stop on has a long name and 6 other stops on it. can no longer see the cross streets so more difficult to see which stop is mine.

Switching between "running" and "all" routes is virtually impossible. Feedback button doesn't do anything. No schedules or expected arrivals for each stop.

I use this to catch the shuttle bus for UH campuses. Works decent and gives you an estimated time when the buses arrive. It can be glitchy at times, but overall decent! Just plan ahead and catch your ride.

From moment one, it asks for a password which I can't give it because it gives you no option to even sign up before it keep s on asking for the password. I've had to uninstall a few times and reinstall to try to get around it with no luck

This is the worst possible app one can imagine. Its time prediction is completely random/arbitrary. It's impossible to ride a bus using this app unless you use your common sense or some other information.

Its always about 4 plus minutes off. Nvr refreshes properly. My phone is update to date and i usually always have full bars and yet it still very in accurrate. In my opinion this app shouldnt even be ready yet for general public as quality is still very lacking.

The Routes are portrayed accurately, as far as directions and pick times times, and the drivers are courteous and professional...

Tulsa Transit puts out new schedules every 3 months. I looked up route 210 and the date on the pdf was 2017. you might want to have a database operator check for updates through the Tulsa Transit website for my area as well as for others.

I've used the app several years ago and it worked flawlessly. This time, however, the app just hung on the loading screen. The bus arrived before the app even loaded.

The app doesn't do nor allows you to do any of the things it represents itself as being able to do. 👎👎 Two thumbs down. I had to give the app a one star rating just to be able to write this review. 👎👎 two more thumbs down for that.

Drivers are very pleasant! Ride smooth. Jazz station during the ride, excellent! I have used several times.
