First of all, it hasn't been updated since mid 2017. They're clearly more interested in keeping up with Crusaders Quest, which is where this game's characters came from. The story is halted at chapter 10. The controls can be a bit wonky. Times when I'm positive I hit a tap, I miss, and fixing the timing is like trying to get a bullseye while throwing a dart with your feet. When you look at the game's visuals, you'd probably expect more energetic music, but it's filled with cutesy Asian pop. Nothing against it, but it's at odds with the industrial feel the rest of the game has. On the plus, play enough, and you can get everything for free.

People who have reviewed this say it's not challenging at all. Believe me, those people are pretty skilled in rhythm games. I tried playing the extreme mode of the first story mode episode and I find it challenging. But don't worry, if you got used to the controls and practiced a lot, you'll be able to play the extreme mode (applies to all the music games tbh). I love music games and this is a nice game because it blends action and rhythm. This is free-to-play player-friendly. Purchasing is okay but not required. The problem is you can't replay the tutorial again. Moreover, it didn't specify what supporters can really do. Feels to me like the summoning of supporters will just give you the feeling of fulfillment unlike the popular gacha music games that summoning is vital.

I have very mixed opinions of this game. I love the graphics. The music I have access to is great. And I love that it plays vertically rather than horizontally like most other rhythm games. But shoddy translations, lack of songs without paying cash (only 5 available without spending!) and a few lacking features that I demand of a rhythm game. (a way to adjust synchronization, coloring the bullets by beat, etc.) Worst of all, concerned game is abandoned already. Otherwise I'd spend on it.

As a lover of RPGS and rhythm games, I can't get enough of this. The gameplay is fun and easy to get used to, the story is immersive, and the art is lovely. You'll fall in love! There are two criticisms only: sometimes the English is clunky, but still understandable. Also, sometimes my defense just phases through attacks, which gives me a miss. Otherwise, amazing!

I highly suggest this game regardless of if you play rhythm games a lot or are a beginner. It's so easy to pick up and super satisfying when you hit the right notes! I've played many rhythm games before, but this one managed to surprise me with a new concept that feels amazing to play with great music as well. Like seriously give it a chance.

Genius rhythm game that knows how to rythem game mechanics with combat. Every tune has several difficulty levels to help beginners and to insure it's not too easy for the more musical players. It contains a short story mode, where plot isn't much, but the character interactions are where it shines, with side stories for more character development. On top of all that, the game actually gives adequate amounts of in-game currency, so anyone can get "Memberships" without spending ungodly amounts of money or time. My biggest gripe is that I just keep wanting more of the amazing music the composers have us. 10/10, hidden gem, and a must play for rythem gamers.

Okay, so RIDE ZERO. Ride Zero is unique in the way it controls, because you don't need to tap on the orange obs being shot from the drones/boss, and to me, it's slightly disorienting because I play osu!mania and standard, so it's second nature to tap on anything that's falling down, and I keep thinking the spam notes are slide notes, so I don't recognize the note and miss almost half of the time. The story is too short, which honestly sucks, because the story had so much potential and it just cut short at 10. Anyways, the graphics, the graphics are okay? I guess.. Illustrations undoubtbly from Crusaders Quest, since this is a spin-off from it xd. So conclusions, gud gam wil ply agin

Amazing game! The story is great and the songs are really good too. I just wish there were more stages in the story. There are characters mentioned that haven't been officially introduced yet and just untied loose ends. Would def give a five star if only the story was longer because I actually liked it! (Unlike many other rhythm games) other than that it's super fun! For experienced rhythm game players, this game won't be very hard, but it will still be very fun to play, so go and try it out!

A pretty good rhythm game. The control scheme reminds me a lot of Groove Coaster too although they aren't exactly the same in that regard. And simply because you can tap anywhere on the screen doesn't really detract from the difficulty any especially since there are challenge modes that have gimmicks, such as limiting where you can touch. The card system isn't a necessity, you can pretty much ignore it for the most part. It's a shame that there aren't anymore updates but it's fun nonetheless.

By far one of the best mobile rhythm games I have ever played. Amazing illustrations, cute girls, great music and to top it all off its a rhythm/action game. I haven't seen any other mobile rhythm game capable of doing this which makes me love it more. This one definitely deserves a spot on my phone and I hope to see more updates and improvements in the future soon.

The game is awesome. Many songs sound totally great and don't make you watch ads or pay money to get songs or to play them. Modes from beginner to expert, also lunartic in chaotic mode that is very challenging. I suggest you try this game for a bit and you might like it a lot.

A game with unique concepts and great gameplay. The story is interesting and a welcome addition. The game is filled with a decent amount of music, mainly electronics, but the songs are good enough that you probably wouldn't need more. There are some unique gameplay elements that sets it apart from other rhythm games. Overall a great game.

Awesome music tapping game and yes it is not a doubt that its awesome because its also from the creator of Crusaders Quest! But one thing that lacks is the rewards after watching ads. It doesn't notify that I have successfully watched the ad and get reward for it. Overall awesome but please fix that issue :D !

i almost never review anything on the play store. most apps ask during the game to review and rate 5. this one doesn't. no forced ads and probably the best story to a rhythm game i've ever played. even side characters have their own side plot. aside from a few translation issues, this is hands down my favorite game on the app store, let alone the danmaku/rhythm genre. the gameplay is precise and the music is super addicting. the game delivers for hardcore gamers and casuals. get this game. 10/10

Awesome, unique gameplay for a rhythm game, and rly nice music, on the level of Cytus music actually. Just very disappointed and left hanging with the very short storyline. Just ten short chapters. The characters have so much potential for each of them to have background stories...

I love the game but can you please fix the other songs? Because I just observed that Sword and Fire has a bit of trouble by its volume, which I couldn't hear it clearly. I can't get to the rhythm properly. Also on the story dialogues, which there are some sort of typo errors in there and I swear I spotted a Korean dialogue which I can't understand at all. Anyway, Ride Zero, great job! I'll give you five stars.

great rhythm game however there needs be some way of looking back at the tutorials. i uninstalled this games a couple of months ago and recently got back into it but i couldn't find any way of re-learning the tutorials unless i created a guest account but this got rid of any songs i previously owned. please can the developers fix this.

It's a great game, a mix between a Bullet Hell and a Rhythm Game that somehow works just fine. All the content is free, although you have to play a lot if you want to unlock all the songs. The only bad thing is that it seems like the devs abandoned the game, because there have not been any kind of updates lately.

really fun.. cute characters.. but when im playing standard mode, I noticed something that made me wonder. On one of the songs i got a score of 16,188,000 and got an 'S' but, then I replayed and got 16,088,600 and got an 'SS' score. That's pretty strange. I even missed one on the 'SS' play through, but I missed 0 on the 'S' playthrough. Makes no sense. another slightly annoying thing is the episode requirements, I cleared standard more times but the # of requirements stayed the same.

Really really really good rhythm game. However, if you are a veteran of rhythm games, highly suggest to move to a more advanced game as this one is much more simpler than other advanced rhythm games. This game is just a piano tile game but without the "losing if you tap wrongly part" + you can tap anywhere you want.

Kon. Feb 12, 2020

The songs are really nice for the most part and gameplay is fun, but the story ended so abruptly and was an overall dumpster fire. It would have been an ok game without a storyline if that could even be considered on. And earning money and unlocking the story is just so tedious and not worth the time.

Joh. P. Jan 24, 2019

I like this game. Made it to a point where I have completed the 6 character story episodes (kinda leaves you hanging), have more than 100 plays on every song on easy/normal/hard modes. I started dabbling with extreme difficulty and chaotic mode, but that's a bit too much for me yet. I still need training. I just wish there were more songs, or allow users to submit songs and charts for them. Do we get to find out what happens with Stanya? What about Yuria? Is there an epic battle with Carolyn?

The game is very addictive and I like it but I wish the pricing isn't that expensive after buying something especially songs. The story is also nice but I wish there's more to that like the girl came back to the world to ask for help because there's another new villain attacking or she goes to another world with the woman and I dunno worked together to stay safe cuz that world that they teleported is an infested place with something. Sorry for forgetting their names.

I love this game, so much. It is one of the best and smoothest rhythm games I have ever played on mobile. I with it didn't stop getting updates. I love the game so much and I have been a fan of this game for so so long. I highly recommend someone to play it. It has a verity of song difficulties, and this means it can be enjoyed by many people. The songs are also really catchy and the story line is appealing, creative, and funny. It also provides a lot of content to keep you going.

Ok developers be honest with us, is this a dead game? Cause i went and looked at the last time anything was updated and it was 2 years ago and this makes me sad. Was having fun for a while but with no new songs or content to look forward to them what's the point? Can always look up the songs online if i feel the need to listen to them so... yeah...

OK, let's just say that this game is creative for making a rhythm game with the design of a space shooting game. But lemme tell you something, this game's timing is a bit off. Plus, the conversation in this game is straight out of Google Translate. Pretty bad to start with I did say. Not to mention, the songs in this game are way too less, and where are all the classic BMS?! Without those, how is this okay to have songs with lyrics in them?! They disrupt the concentration on your beats...

Lun. C. Apr 29, 2019

Unique idea that actually works really well. The character designs are great, the story is interesting, the songs fit the setting beautifully, intuitive controls, multiple gameplay modes... Overall, 10/10 would beat robots with music again.

Can not believe this game has been out for a couple of years and it's FB page only has about 8k likes. Im not a great rhythm game player but this is one I really enjoy playing! Easy to pick up and play, good music and great graphics. If galaga was a rhythm game this would be a it.

Honestly super fun, I thought I wouldn't like it at first but it has lots of features, cute art style, and fun different modes you can try. Ser6would recommended if your into rythm games. Plus it's high quality and no ads!!!

A. G. u. Nov 21, 2018

A great rhythm game! Is super user-friendly, with no pop-up ads and no artificial limitation of when you can play. All this wrapped up in a fun, unique experience with a solid soundtrack.
