App is average - nothing too great, just about functional. However, my poor rating is for the main part - Driver Experience (Name - Chandrashekar) Had an extremely upleasant & poor experience. Firstly, he turned up late for pickup with no remorse whatsoever. Secondly, he was rude throughout the trip as if he is doing me some favour by driving. Thirdly, he drove quite rashly and we had 2-3 near misses on the Highway. Lastly, he tried to extort more money in the name of toll than actual.
I booked a cab for my mom. She had wonderful traveling experience, driver helped to carry a luggage bags. Thank u rideally😍

Good morning. Very nice drivers and quality of cars. Most important difference with Uber and Ola, is that you can prebook Rideally cars for one specific time. Rates are also cheaper compared to Uber and Ola. Overall ..have been using it for many years in Bangalore largely for airport drop/pickup and outstation trips and find it nice and convenient.

Trying to register on the app and never got an sms for the OTP. Called the customer care number and told them the problem and they assured to resolve it by jext day, but no response as yet!!!!
I have been booking my cabs in Rideally recently which is way more cheaper than ola or uber and we can schedule cabs and they arrive at proper time which is very helpful. But even after being a frequent ride taker / customer we dont have any new offers or discounts. Please provide some discounts so that it will be preferred more Thank you
The cab delivered on time and it was decent one but sensitized. The driver was not hygiene. Driver kept on talking the phone even though we ask him to drop talking over phone .. In 15 hours journey , driver was on call for 10 hours . While returning to Bangalore, Driver was driving very slowly at 40 km/hr even on empty road and switching off AC due to engine overheating issue. Previous exp was good with rideally but this had made it worst becaz of driver behaviour and action .
Worst app can't book at present timings and we can book next day but No options for cab only one cab we can see in the options can you solve this technical issue
1. Cheaper than competition 2. Poor driver quality 3. No mechanism of issue redressal

Worst cab service in Bangalore! No standards at all, wish I could rate negative. The fares are not all that different from Ola or Uber and cars are so horrible. Drivers drive all gangsta and I nearly broke my back. My suggestion is pay a little more & get prime ola services instead.
The best cab service is awesome he picked our bags too he came to pick up point coordinated very well.The best thing is as compared to ola and uber the fare was 200 rs less
