Functional, and I'm glad it offers a guest account. But why does this app specifically require permission to my microphone and file folders? It will let you buy tickets easily, but to activate them you must give it those permissions. Sadly, this is now the only way to buy shuttle tickets to Disneyland.
Save your dollars and don't get ART passes. Worst experience ever. The buses are not on time, the trip planner shows OCTA buses too which do NOT accept ART passes. To add more, the buses are referred by route #1,2,3 etc... but the buses themselves don't have any numbers in their titles instead have route names. Also, given a bus stop it is not clear which buses will stop there. We were told 1,3,4,5 will stop in our stop but 1 drivers repeatedly refused us, 3,4,5 were no show. Get OCTA instead.
Bus and driver were nice. App was a good way to pay and hold your ticket. But beyond that the app was useless. It needs a good way to help you locate the nearest bus stop. We ended up walking back instead, that's one way for company to save money
This app was great until one day I looked the plan a journey tab disappeared from my menu. Now the only thing I can do in the app is buy passes. I can't see how far away the bus is anymore or if one is coming at all.
This app doesn't work well. I've been charged on my credit card but never received my passes. The third pary that runs this app routematch is useless. Just use the paper tickets.
this app is terrible. it won't let me specify wheelchair accessibility and keeps giving me suggestions on the LA metro line instead of ART. Google maps is more useful.
The ART shuttle sucks balls! i will never again stay at a hotel that employs this shuttle. Is literally never on time EVER. It's either five minutes early or late and they don't wait and they don't care
The "Plan a Journey" feature is great. It wants me to walk 25.3 miles from my house in east Anaheim to Disneyland and it estimates I'll get there in 280 minutes.
Not sure what the point of this app is other than to buy passes. I dont see any option for a trip planner which was advertised.
Paid with my car twice and still no passes have shown up in my wallet. This app is a joke.
Going downhill. Really disappointed that I can't even see a basic schedule.
Shuttles are not on time and no one knows when they are coming or if they are coming. Time to call and claim fraud for the charges since they didn't provide a service at all
It's only a ticket buying app. No maps. Nothing
Terrible, does not show stops or ride info.. What's the point????
Useless app
Good for short shuttles, pain for longer rides. Primarily used to get to Disneyland, which was a couple of blocks away. It ran often enough that we were not ever stressed for full buses or waiting too long. However, going to Knott's Soak City required a half mile walk to get to the entrance. Pirates Dinner Adventure? ART doesn't start service until 4pm (needed to be there by 3:30). So we took public transit (thanks to the advice of friendly public bus drivers!). Employees hadnt even heard of ART!
