This is truly awasome, When other cab aggregators are charging high saying as surge during peak times, there comes rideasy to save our hard earned money. Thank you rideasy, hope you will keepup the same promise i.e, no hike on fares during peak times. My only concern is, there is no referral option in the app,please include it. Otherwise it is fine.
It'll take ages but the app doesn't get easy to use. No options of changing or comparing the ride types (between economy, auto,etc) while viewing one type. No basis for fare amount known, overall totally disappointed
Pathetic experience. They claim of 50% discount on airport and you are told by their rep that discount is only for 100 rupees. Drivers will ask you to pay for the airport parking and you will have to pay. You will be given an estimate of fare in the beginning and the actual fare will not appear on app at the end of the trip. You will end up paying the estimated amount and not the actual. As you have paid in cash (they don't have any online payment option), your money is gone if you have paid extr
Pathetic app! First ride gave a very terrible experience. Wish i could give 0 ! Driver accepts the booking request, but tags along multiple people on the same ride asking double amount from everyone. Upon questioning he asks us to go away and book another ride. It was late in the night and we had to agree which was a big mistake. He then creates a fuss (and behaves rudely) asking more amount when we reach the destination. We had to call police to sort this out. These apps are life threatening !
After completing the ride and paying.. the driver calls me back and asks me to pay 100 rs for the mistake of the app for not calculating the parking charges. On refusing i had to take the scoldings. Please get your app right.. i am uninstalling it right away and never recommend it to anyone
The app is decently built but the service is horrendous & the drivers are crooks and the co representative atRIGA Hyderabad is helpless and cant seem to find an answer to the numerous goofups or cancelled rides done by the driver which eventually leaves the customer frustrated with the pathetic service. Atleast, in my case I had multiple cancellations in tbe period of 1hr waiting at Hyderabad's international airport where the driver would either cancel the ride or takes another cust who pays high
App should show fare estimate of all rides at once! Here we have to go back , change ride, select destination again to see fare estimate. We can book an ola/uber in this much time
This is worst I have never seen before drivers are taking extra money from passenger, when I booked cab it was 840 but driver has took 950 and there is no option to give feed back against the cab, don't encourage this type of drivers,
The Worst app and service, it books without estimation many times, cars are the worst not even fit to keep them in museum
Sms and call doesn't come for registration of number. I tried multiple times but it didn't come. App requires rigid testing and development
Cant even register. No code sent over SMS or over call. Keep waiting. If you are DND register, you wont get sms code. Looks like the company os using some cheap sms gateway not transactional route.
I had been trying to book a ride...bot there are no available drivers... across all services.

Unable to use the App as it doesn't send the SMS for OTP verification. Tried for half an hour, the code doesn't get delivered at all. Its pretty useless to launch an App without proper testing. When clicked on "I didn't receive code" it claims to make a voice call to provide the code and that too never happens. Useless. Pretty useless.
