I have to refresh it 3 or 4 times to get it to show times at all and it no longer gives real time updates on bus arrival so I can't tell when the bus is going to be late or early. It also sometimes tells you there is no rout to take when using route planner when 2 or more stops are required. It also randomly crashes. I don't know what happened as it used to work great, but now I have to go back to texting the number.
Useless at times. The bus I take in the morning sometimes is a NO-SHOW when it starts its route and the app assumes it was on time when it started the route. Another thing I noticed is that it rarely shows when a bus is running late. When it does and after 10 minutes late and not arriving it no longer shows that bus anymore.
It's ok but lacking in useful info. Like it doesn't tell you which direction a route is going, only what stop #. And clicking on a bus stop icon doesn't tell which stop it is, only what the route is named. Improving those simple things would make it much better.
Meh I didn't realize it but the app doesn't have live data... So it's not very useful. Google Maps already has the bus schedule loaded in it so what's the point of this thing? Don't know live transit times, can't use it to pay or buy passes.
Not very useful without some type of real time updates (because your buses are very often no where near on schedule). I realize I don't know the logistics behind making that work, or anything about app development, thanks..
Convenient, though the times are approximate it's fairly accurate. Would be cool if it could provide real time arrival times, but I believe it's in the works. So, glad it is what it is. Thank you!
Something I wish this app had was information about bus stops that are moved due to construction. A heads up would be nice. Other than that, this app is decent.
very difficult to navigate. poorly designed. the old app was superior in every way.
My other home is Chicago and the CTA is really automated you put in where you are at and where you want to go it tells you nearest stops to pick up bus or train. Shame valley metro doesn't have this they should as to in courage rider use
this app is frustrating because it's wrong a lot I don't know if it's a problem with the Phoenix transit system or with this app.
Great comes in handy when you need it but not always accurate with the scheduled times.
The app doesn't work very well. The info it is giving me is incorrect. So frustrating!!
I've been using this app for about a year and a half. It works great, it even tells you what time you should leave to your bus stop.
this app use to be awesome but it just stop working and does show bus stops. not satisfied at all
This app is trash, its easier to just use the website to look up bus routes

Google Maps is extremely easier to use and more detailed.

Opinion: The others are correct, this app is USELESS. I can't use it for directions, nextride, viewing schedules or the map. So yeah, that covers literally everything this app was supposed to be capable of. That's... that's impressive. If I didn't know any better I'd say they did this on purpose. I wonder if the company's contract with the city required that they BUILD the app, but didn't mention MAINTENANCE. I wouldn't put it past Valley Metro, they're incredibly shady even for a bus company.
