This app is not working, I'm trying and get kicked off the bus, smh I did not have cash I tried and then this is the third time I got gum on my work slacks and the dry cleaning could not remove it, I am very upset about this I was trying to support Sacramento but not driving as much and keeping the environment clean but it's costing you a whole lot almost $300 worth on my pants 289 and some change never really bugs me my name is Sam Ayala my address is 3624 Kingsway Studio 2 Sacramento Californi
Never use the app
Had 5 unused tickets. Opened the app to go to use them and a notification pops up saying i need to update. i have my apps on auto update. it should've additionally updated but no i had to uninstall and reinstall all to get another pop up saying i need to call for assistance i call then asks for my pin,i enter it and still invalid. give me back my money i spent tickets line previously stated!!!
This issue with having to call and enter in my pin to use the tickets I paid for is terrible. I have tried all the usual pin numbers I go with and none worked. Not worth the hassle. Surprised this has continued for such a long time with no clear solutions provided.
The app keeps saying I need to update , but there is no update then I uninstall and install again and it still doesn't work. Also the website keeps crashing. Very unreliable
The app keeps telling me to update. I keep un- and reinstalling, but that doesn't fix the problem. There is a number to call and it states "please enter the area code and phone number" but my number isn't recognized. This is frustrating.
Today it just stopped taking my debit card which made me late to work....it keeps charging and recredited me.

The app won't even let me enter it so I miss the bus not knowing the times and the times online are always wrong
I tried to check to see if my tickets have been refunded yet but it won't let me open the app and it doesn't show in my bank that the four tickets I still had have been refunded. I can't even open the app to contact support to get this fixed. Absolute junk trying to get this figured out.
Use the app to purchase tickets, but plan your rides on Google maps. Far more convenient. Other than that, not bad.
I have 3 prepaid single tickets on this app. When I went to use one. The app said it was outdated and needs to be updated. I hit ok & it went to google play to uninstall. I hit uninstall & then the install button came up. I hit install & it it installed & told me to call a number that asked for my phone # & pin. I didnt know of a pin & the app still is not working
No. Making me call a phone number is very 1980s. Not going to happen, uninstalling now.

Where is this update this app says that l have to update to? I have two single tickets that I wanted to use, now l've decided l want to get them refunded. Where do I go or who do I contact to get my refund? Will someone please respond?
This app will help you buy basic fare when you forget your money other than that the transit routes do not give you the correct route to take so use this to buy your tickets or daily pass.

I just downloaded this app and it does not work it said to update and call for assitance i called and it ask for pin i did not recieve pin when i installed the app so im uninstalling it
