Frustrating app. Can't get the new press tool to pair with the app. So app is useless for me.

This app connected to my tool fine and told me that I have 99 cycles on it but the tool has a solid yellow lock light. Is the somewhere on the app that will read the code and tell me why the tool quit working? I would immediately give you 5 stars for that.

Old application wasn't working so I found this app. All went fine except now it says I don't have any tool's registered. I have drills, saws, sanders + others. All were registered. Where did they go.

Works well when it works. Doesn't always connect. Doesn't always update tool when is does connect.

Love getting notifications on all updates and battery information alkn6g with amount of presses. it would be awesome if you aould disabled tool if it was stolen.

cant connect to my andriod says i need a firmware update. haved updated cs12 firmware and still says need firmware update. cs12 is brand new and shouldnt need a update imo

This app is awesome turns the 6ah battery into a lifesaver, alerts full, # of cycles, and turns off battery if its lost or stolen. Can even help find battery.
